Jacin slowly crept into the school. He had already enrolled, now he just had to act.. normal. Easy enough, right? He sighed as walked in, trying to look nonchalant. His twisted and curved horns were hidden, somehow. His wings were folded underneath his sweatshirt. He seemed.. normal, right? He approached where his locker was. He unlocked it slowly and opened it up, pulling out what he needed.

Aaron sighed as she walked into the school. Why did I have to move here, now? She wondered as she clutched the straps of her backpack. Last year, being in a different Highschool had been great. Aaron had friends there, even a girlfriend, before her parents suddenly broke the news to her that they were moving to a different country.
Her hand moved to the collar of her jacket. She pinched the thin cloth material as she walked into the school. Aaron walked to her locker, putting in the numbers and retrieving the heavy textbook for her first class. She glanced at the person next to her. Her eyes went to his textbook that was the same as hers. "Hey, are you new here this year?" Aaron inquired as she slipped the book into her backpack. She needed help finding her first class, maybe he would know if he wasn't new like her.

Jacin froze up, he wasn't expecting someone to talk to him. He turned to the girl speaking to him, "Yes." He sounded angry, which he wanted. He didn't want to talk much so he practically threw his books into his bag and slammed his locker closed. He hoped that would end the conversation. He didn't like talking to anyone. Not anymore.

Aaron flinched at the loud slam of the locker. Obviously, this person didn't want to be bothered by anyone. "Okay." She responded quickly. The ginger considered apologizing for a moment, but it might not be a good idea and may only further his anger. Me trying to make a friend really worked out. She thought as she turned away. It seemed like she would have to find the class herself.
(are they going to have their first class together? i think they should)

Onyx huffed as she slammed her locker door shut after grabbing what she needed she walked and accidently bumped into Aaron. "Sorry!!!" Her high pitched voice rung her ears as she held on right where her ears were under her cloak.

Jacin stalked off, searching for his class, because he had no clue where it was either. He huffed in anger as he stormed through the halls. The bell would ring soon, and he would be late. He really didn't want to be found out, anyways. They would just send him right back to the scientists. He missed.. his friend. Too bad, he left, his mind hissed angrily. He shook his head to clear his thoughts. He felt fine, he was fine. Nothing was wrong. Andddd of course, there was a hallucination. He was being followed. By a big.. black blob. It was calling his name, and he refused to acknowledge it's existence. It would fade eventually.

Aaron steadied herself using one hand braced against the metal lockers. She looked at the girl who had bumped into her and then apologized. "Oh, it's fine." She responded. Is this person new too? The girl wondered. "Hey, uh, are you new to this school?" She asked. Would anyone mind if she was late to her first class, on the first day? Surely, the teacher would understand that she had no idea where she was going?

Aaron was able to contain her sigh. "Oh." Was all she said. She grabbed her schedule that was folded up in her jacket pocket. The ginger grabbed it and unfolded it. She offered it to the other girl. "Do we have any of the same classes?" She questioned. "Oh yeah, I'm Aaron by the way." She introduced herself.
