sometimes when HRs are active in c-box they ask for volunteers, or you can vm them with your cat and the fact they want to do a patrol!

As others said, Simply shoot a high Rank or in RiverClan or Shadowclan I'd say the leader or head lionheart/enforcer perhaps.
