Sometime in the far distant future, the continents have joined again as Pangea. Being one massive continent, it is ruled by a evil ruler named Shatani. After too many years under her oppressive rule, heroes struggled to defeat her. The heroes that failed either died, got captured or vanished. A new group of younger heroes rebel against her rule secretly. While the new heroes train, old and new villains roam the continent. Whose side are you on?

Basically it's hero and villain RP. I'll be Shatani and and my two characters.

Looks: Light
Hero/Villain Looks: the same.
Powers or Gadgets: Light can levitate, teleport, and fire pure darkness at will. He can also drive someone to the brink, but that requires a bit more effort than all his other abilities.
If Powered, Origin of Powers: It's unknown- many believe he was born with them, though others say that he made a deal with Shatani to strengthen his abilities. If asked, he'll just smirk and give something along the lines of 'what do you think?'

Backstory: Another secret! Again, some say he's a mortal gifted abilities by Shatani in exchange for his service; some say that he's his own force of chaos, sometimes working with Shatani, sometimes against. There are some people who even think that he's in charge of Shatani. However, he's not- he does work with Shantani, but the rest is unknown... Anyone who's rigged too deep is found completely insane & broken, almost as if Light's keeping them silent...

Hero/Villain Looks: Same Thing except her eyes appear to be a brighter blue as she uses her power, and within an hour of using it, her hair will appear to have teal highlights.
Powers or Gadgets: Can manipulate water at will (she can also turn water into ice for making useful structures that resources don't allow. For example, barricades and simple weapons, but it saps a lot of strength from her, along with a possible chance of her passing out.)
If Powered, Origin of Powers: It is said that as a young child, she was kidnapped and experimented on by a mad scientist, but nobody knows for sure.
Pet?: She used to have a dolphin as a friend/pet, but it was killed. Why? That will be RP'ed
