Mass Production

So, me and my common sense are having a battle right now. I want to mass produce Shadowclan kits. I want to make like 15 or something and have them all be Bonekits followers, and so automatically they will be very violent and either Dawnstar apologists or just regular Dawn fans. Only four of these cats will be remotely important to me. I think it's a great idea, but my common sense is being all rude and saying that I'll never be able to keep up with all those cats (ugh ikr? so rude!) but I think I'm perfectly capable of keeping up with a mini-cult harmless collection of kits!

What do you guys think?

I'm a bit confused. I went back to the roleplay rules and community guidelines, but the only things I found about how many characters you can have is that queens can only birth five kits at once and you can have as many characters as you want as long as you keep track of them. Where does it say that?
