Personality: kind and hardworking, ready to confront fear in the face of danger however plagued by past mistakes and unable to recover from loss
Backstory: Oakdream was the runt of his litter, the unwanted bit of prey one would have after a big meal. His mother didn’t think fondly of him and threw the kit out before he could protest. The same seemed to happen to kits in her previous litters and any forgotten kits were forced to try and seek protection from Oakdreams father. He was a cruel warrior who always favored the strong and brave seeing weakness as a disease that must be wiped out. Having niether the beauty his mother had or the raw power his father wanted he was forced to find his own path. It seemed wrong of course, but the clan didn’t know he existed because of his parents quickness to throw him it and Oakdream didn’t feel like coming back anyway after a near death experience with his father.
Oakdream headed to the mountains hoping to find strength, not to prove to his parents but to prove to himself that he wasn’t as worthless as everyone thought. The mountains were dangerous though and violent winds rigged at Oakdreams pelt for days, it was inevitable that he was about to experience countless close encounters with death. It wasn’t until he found a stray rouge up in the caves that claimed he knew the way of the sky and storms did Oakdream have true hope. The stray taught to face danger head on and to never fear what you dread most.
Oakdream eventually made his way back to Thunderclan, a changed cat and perhaps for the better. He never told the leader he was missing for moons and just presented himself as a outsider wanting to become a clan cat. Once accepted he decided he would show his new clan and his old family how much he grew and how much he was ready to prove to his clan.
