Minkpelt gasped and rushed to her fellow warriors side, moving over a bit so she would have some space. "Bumblestar, what in the stars are you doing?!

Wrenwings eyes widened at the mere idea of his leader doing such a thing in front of the whole clan. "Is she really..?"

Blackbird stared at Bumblestar in surprise. A second apprentice. Alright then…. He was about to look for Cricketpaw when he noticed Bumblestar begin to stumble. “Guys.. What’s up with Bumblestar? She seems off balance; like she’d gonna fall. Someone should go up there.” He mewed to the crowd, gaze clouded with worry as he spoke louder for Bumblestar to hear. “You okay?” He padded forward, stumbling before tripping right under the Stormcrest, quickly pulling himself back up and glancing up at Bumblestar, neck beginning to hurt. Bumblestar should probably get down… He may not know what dizzy was but it wasn’t hard to see that Bumblestar was on the verge of falling and he wouldn’t stand there and watch her fall.

Bluekit ran into the clearing as she saw Bumblestar tilt on the edge. “No!” “Don’t fall off!” she shouted.

(Open!) Just saying Darkwing is grandma of specklekit and Honeykit, mom of Mintleaf, Echobreeze, And sunstreak and Mintleaf is the mom of Grasspaw, Specklekit and *Sob* Honeykit!

(Blackbird owner! Just mentioning u cause um Darkwing needs comforting.)

He nailed it. Something was wrong.

His twisted side was almost tempted to force him to smile at the struggle, make him mutter a 'fall from there...'

Yet he didn't, he pushed the dark thoughts aside, and actually didn't pretend his worry. He padded up to the Stormcrest and asked, also standing in a position where he could catch the leader if needed.

StarClan... This was bad.

"You good?"

Asked the tom. Actually, why did he ask. It was it was clear as day that Bumblestar wasn't fine.

Bumblestar's world felt unsteady. She dug her claws into the rock and tried to cling to reality, just long enough to get through the next bout of ceremonies. But when her eyes found Wolfhive's apprentices, their names died in her throat. They deserved to move on just as much as the others did, but looking them in the eyes...

She decided to be selfish and tore her gaze away. Later, when she could meet their gaze without her lungs constricting. Not now

It was impossible to keep her words stable as she continued. "I'm... sure by now you've noticed that Brackenclaw 'n Raggedear are back, 'n the cats from Sunkissed Creek have returned to camp. The plague's over. They lost Lavendersong on the journey, but she could still be alive somewhere, and... it's over." She swallowed. Her heart hurt. "We're- we're not without losses. Honeykit, Grousekit, Cinderkit; Poppypaw, Elkpaw, Goldenpaw, Bravepaw, Beachpaw-" The apprentice's limp body curled close to Wolfhive's flashed behind her eyes, and the world tilted. "Littlerose, Redhawk-" Her vision swam. "Wol..."

Her tongue wouldn't form the name. Suddenly she couldn't feel her legs, couldn't look at her Clan, couldn't breathe. With spiked fur and flattened ears, Bumblestar tilted precariously on the Stormcrest's edge.

"Bumblestar? You ok?.." he said eyes still slightly teary from the name of his LITTLE sister Honeykit. He was still in shock. WHY! WHY did she have to go? Why couldn't it be him?..

Emberpaw's eyes lit up as his father's best friends name was called. "Acornfall!!" Emberpaw purred brightly. Racing over to basically tackle the warrior. "Your my mentor!!! This is awesome!!!" Emberpaw exclaimed. Purring as Nightwhisper whom was beside Weepingwillow. Had a dropped jaw, Acornfall, his best friend was to mentor his own kit!? What a damned honor!! Weepingwillow purred. Brushing Emberpaws brushy fur down, "Take care of him" Weepingwillow purred to acornfall, her whiskers twitching as Nightwhisper skidded to a halt beside Acornfall and his son.

Blackbird’s gaze shifted to the group, eventually locating a devastated-looking Darkwing. Huh? Stumbling over, he tilted his head. ”What’s up? He muttered to her, the same worry in his gaze as he’d shown to Bumblestar. He pressed his nose to her cheek, hoping it somehow reassured her “It’s okay… Whatever it is that’s bothering you, you can tell me. I want to help.” He closed his eyes, burying his nose in her fur. Maybe it would calm her down.
