Coldamber was vaguely aware that her patrol mates had come along and she gave a curt nod to each of them, before continuing to sniff. The most recent scent was from when they returned from the Gathering.
She snorted, frustrated and lashed her tail.
She gave her patrol mates a curious glance.
"I'm only getting from last Gathering."

Rainkit let her jaw gap in a mix between shock and disappointment. Awwwh! She wanted to go look for Twilightstar! Why was it the Breezefeather had to say no! He even said they'd be useful! Her tail twitched with annoyance. That's it she was gonna go look without being told to! Echowind, Littlepaw and everyone she really knew seemed to be going so why not her?
Glancing around at the other cats who'd asked to go but didn't get to she noticed Thunderkit and Fernkit. They could go out together! However, Fawnbriar was it..? Either way, the warrior asked if they wanted to look, in camp. Sure that sounded like a lot of fun... like a lot, but they wouldn't find her in here. They had to GO OUTSIDE to look for her! Yeah, sneak out of camp! That would be how she could help. Sneak out and find her scent trail!
So, while most of the cats where more distracted with patrols and talking among themselves she moved over to Fernkit. "Hey." She called, trying to be a bit more quiet to not draw attention. Rainkit really didn't want to get the warriors that where around to figure out. "Fernkit, you wanna help look for Twilightstar too, right?" The black kitten asked her denmate. "So," Rainkit glanced around once more, "why don't we go look for her?" She suggested to the tabby.

Cherryleaf sighed. She shouldnt have followed that fat rabbit...She just hoped she wouldnt be in too much trouble. She is pure Windclan after all.

Realizing that he'd potentailly confused the small kit with his change of emotions, Littlepaw felt even more anxious. He hadn't meant to do that! But his nerves wouldn't let him fix it, and instead he just smiled more. That would do the trick, right? If he was smiling he was happy to others. "T-That is s-sad." he agreed, nodding his head up and down as Rainkit spoke. At least it seemed they'd had some time together. Littlepaw shifted his paws, his weight going from one side to the other. He was thankful that her voice had slowed down a bit, making it easier for the already shy tom to catch on to and reply to what she was saying. Pathetic that he even needed that, but it was true. Most cats outside of Rainkit would've just kept on bumbling through, not caring if he was able to keep up. "I b-bet you're h-her fa-avorite k-k-kid. You're a-always so h-ha-happy!" Heat rose to his ears that had now perked back up. He didn't want to send a signal of mixed emotions this time, so instead he kept the smile up.

With Littlepaw's bigger, smile Rainkit relaxed. She didn't feel as many mixed signals. She was always told she needed to learn how to figure out emotions but it seemed just feeling them worked. Even if she seemed to feel them more so than Shellkit had, DID, or that was how it always seemed. She wasn't the most observant cat though.

Rainkit nodded slowly at Littlepaw's comment. "Yeah... it is pretty sad." She agreed, shifting her paws a bit. It felt odd talking about these things. She wasn't used to it. Typically Rainkit ignored most things involving 'grown up life'. Like talking about how cats where or feelings. However, Littlepaw's suggestion that she was Echowind's favorite cuz she was happy all the time made her smile brighter. Littlepaw was always so nice! "Ehh, I don't know about that!" She laughed not quiet sure how to respond to that. "I am sure she loves me as much as her other kits, but I think I can make her happy! I sure try to!" Rainkit added on a bit more relaxed now that it was on a more normal topic. Making cats happy! "I'm sure you're Otterberry's favorite Littlepaw, your so nice all the time and really fun to be with!" The little black kitten declared, her smile so wide her eyes had to be squinted.

Owlpaw kept up the chitchat with Hallowstep as they went to Adder rocks. Apparently someone had died here.. Owlpaw didn't know them though. He nodded as Hallowstep explained what to do but had a small question. "Ok i get all of that.. but why are we here again? I kinda forgot.."

"ITS NOT MY FAULT! that I cannot train! Ive only got a mossball! No one wants to be in my company and no one wants to train me because they all call me a baby and that babies shouldn't train! SO! Big fat lump of FAT! get your pointies correct before u start whining like a cry baby!" and with that tehy went back to suckling on the warrior or cat's paw

…..The kit was suckling on his paw. The kit was suckling on his paw and looking like they’d probably fall asleep if left alone to it. And then also demanding training too? Did they not realise that they couldn’t really have both at once here? Crowpaw just sat watching this kit with an amused and bewildered expression for a time mentally arguing with himself if he’d enjoy ‘fighting’ the little thing or if it was better for his blood pressure to just let them fall asleep so he could sneak them back into the nursery without being caught.

But why not both? The hot blooded tom reflected coming to a conclusion. He'd train the kit with some battle moves until they got properly tired and once they dropped off he'd take the little thing back to the nursery. "Alright then you asked for it kit." Ushering the kit to a more open area he let out a small amused huff and demonstrated a simple forward swipe. "Keep three paws on the ground for balance so you dont fall over when you swipe far and curl your paw in as you swipe, when your claws are out itll do more damage. Now you try." lets see what the kit could do.

But Sparkfrost seemed to be someone that would keep him safe so of course Stagleech was on board with whatever stupid idea they were going to go ahead and exploreee.
