Fishspeckle smiled, she was nice, thank StarClan for that! He had had too many negative interactions to count lately, it seemed, he was glad to meet a nice she-cat who wasn’t being all fake.
Dropping the squirrel at the spot and sitting down, he meowed,
“So, have you done anything interesting lately?”

Foxblaze though a moment and shook her head sadly, “Not a think. My only friends are Lotusheart and Sootstar. Both I haven’t seen recently. And Snakepaw is to busy to chat. Man I sound like an elder.” She shook her head at herself. How sad was it. She needed to have an adventure soon, something fun.She shook her head clear of her thoughts before returning to the conversation at hand. “What about you?”

“Gee, I’m sorry about your friends,” Fishspeckle meowed, “I haven’t really done anything interesting in a while either,” He sighed, “I’ve actually been a bit sad lately too,” Fishspeckle shifted a bit, “A cat I was training, Ravenpaw, she went missing and was killed by a badger when I found her, so I haven’t had the nicest leafbare.”

Foxblaze set her tail on Fishspeckle’s shoulder for comfort. “That must’ve been terrible. I’m so sorry that happened.” her eyes watered a bit at how much everyone had gone through so far. How sad this season was.

“Yeah, it was very sad for me,” He blinked back tears, “I’m really sorry you haven’t seen your friends in so long, that must be equally as bad.”

Foxblaze shook her head, “Not really. How about this. Let’s be friends and we can help each other not feel so sad.” She mewed somewhat hopefully.

The black and white she-cat padded into the camp with a couple of small mice in her jaws. It was a poor catch, but at least she got something. Maybe she could go back to Lionsrange and find that mouse den. She had been there a while back. She had found a nest of mice. They might no longer be there as she had scared them off, but it didn't hurt to check.

Heronflight placed her kill in the pile before heading towards the warriors den. maybe she could take a nap. It sounded good to her. Well that was when she saw Beansprout. The molly padded over to him. "Mind if I sit next to you?", she asked. She didn't want to if he didn't want her to. She had respect.

For all of his watching, his pale blue eyes didn’t catch the cat that was literally approaching him. He jumped a bit at the sound of a voice. How embarrassing! The siamese flattened his ears and ducked his head a bit in an attempt to hide his embarrassment. He took a moment to get her his thoughts and regain his composure, clearing his throat before looking up again at the warrior.

"Uh, yeah! Of course, no problem!" He spoke, smiling a little, slightly lopsided smile. Beansprout scooted over a bit to make room for his Clanmate, and tried to think of things to say. Conversation starters. Hmm... "So! Um. You uh, planning on doing anything today?" He asked, trying to start something up.

Aspenkit walked out of the Nursery and licked her tawny fur delicately. She picked a small minnow for herself and ate it in a few swift bites before picking a much bigger trout and dragging it towards the elders den.

Dropping a couple mice down on the fresh-kill pile, Fishspeckle noticed how it was dwindling.
“Hm, I guess I have to go back out,” He muttered to himself, “Though, eight paws is better than four...” Looking around, he spotted another cat nearby, “Oh! Hey! Hi, would you like to go hunting with me? The prey pile seems to be pretty small and I’d like to make sure there is enough prey for everycat.”

Barkfuzz looked up from where he was attempting to get bits of twigs out of his brown tabby fur. "I'd love to go hunting!" he purred. Getting to his paws he gave his knotted, slightly dirty pelt a brisk shake. He wasn't much to look at, but his green eyes were vibrant and excited.
