The young warrior watches Halfmask run off, stumped. Truly stumped. Turning his attention back to Crowspeck however, he narrows his eyes. "You're going to have a talk with me?" he meows incredulously.
"You clearly know your friend is horribly out of sorts tonight- Saying they're confused about places that don't exist, and sitting by as they go through several mood swings in a few minutes!" Why was he always the one on the line for scenarios out of his control?
"Go ahead and try to get that talk of yours- I'm going out." With an irritated lash of his tail, Nettlespark moves to step around the other warrior, heading out of camp as well.

It was forgotten with Snailkit's next words, though, the request causing him to tilt his head curiously. "Wormkit? Well, why'd I ever call ya that?" Of course, he'd respect the other's wishes but he was just too curious about why it was that way.

"I'm more so confused on the fact that you were looking to goad them," Crowspeck sighed, shaking his head. "True, their behavior was not warranted, but neither was yours. You're both warriors: act like it. There's no reason to be snarky and looking to provoke for no reason." He would continue, but he was curious about something else. "And, from what I can tell, you aren't exactly free of mood swings, Crowspeck pointed out with another shake of his head. "I'll have a talk with them as soon as I finish with you, mister." Now, he really was acting like a father to kits. Great.

Swiftheart padded through the dust, relieved to be nearing home again. The birthing had taken a lot out of her, but she felt fine now. A little tired, maybe.

He shuffled his paws before focusing his pastel eyes on the other kit. "Some of the other kits called me that,,", Snailkit meowed awkwardly.

"Why'd they do that if ya don't like it?" It was more of a question aimed at himself, he never really realized you could just not listen to a cat before, that's just so mean. His nose crinkled just at the thought. "Well, I won't be calling ya that!" His head was held high as he proclaimed that but he swiftly swung around, facing towards the open clearing instead.
"Then, let's go! We're only gonna get the best stones cuz we're gonna decorate the elder's den for Lioneyes." It's easy remembering the names of all the elders when there's only one, though he didn't know how much Lioneyes would appreciate it since he'd never talked to the tabby.

Patrols. That was Wolffang's first duty as WindClan's deputy. The tom took a deep breath. He knew that hunting patrols had gone out recently, as well as the rabbit shortage. They could really use some border patrols. The thick-furred gray tom didn't want to be too late on them. He had to be a competent deputy... especially since he was on thin ice with Twilightstar. The tom thought for a moment about who to choose before making a decision.

[Prompt: You find a toppled-over hawk nest from the hawk that a previous patrol reported.]

"Owltalon [ @MooingPanda ], take Cloversplash [ @Dahliamoon ], Ravenheart [ @|+|Lemon'Heart|+| ], and Fernpaw [ @BILL. ] to the RiverClan border. I heard of a run-in with a hawk there previously, so be careful." Wolffang had heard some things about Fernpaw, hopefully he behaved out on the patrol.

Who next? Wolffang thought about the whole Wildpaw incident. His eyes narrowed, should he send the tom on a patrol with his mentor? He had heard some things about Wildpaw, and the tom was also missing a leg. A bit of a yikes for him, but then again, would someone report him if he excluded disfigured cats from patrols? The tom shook his head wildly. At first, he'd just have to work on making Twilightstar - and that apprentice Toadpaw - happy.

[Prompt: You get a faint whiff of coyote, but it's very stale.]

"Foxwind [ @Cherry_Jay ], you will lead a patrol consisting of Ashnose [ @Ashnose ], Swiftfire [ @Tiabirb ], and Wildpaw [ @Rxmulus ]. Just mark the border."

Wolffang remembered the mention of the dog around the ShadowClan border. He should probably send someone important to lead that patrol. Should he trust someone with deformities? Or should he try and get points from the Clan? Wolffang let out a huff. He hated what he was about to do, but frankly, the cat who he was thinking about really needed to stop lying around and starving herself.

[Prompt: The dog isn't there, but you do find a mangled frog and scattered feathers.]

"Crowspeck [ @Kyrieknight ], you will take Ashfeather, Quiverpool [ @Zero ], and Heatherbee [ @hope ] to check the ShadowClan border. Look out for that dog."

Wolffang supposed he should send out a couple more patrols. The Clan needed prey, that was for sure. Now, no more disfigured cats. Or at least he hoped not, he didn't know every single Clanmate by heart. So what if he did put some more on patrols? Even though he knew they were hindered, it wasn't the end of the world. The gray tom was having a lot of conflicting thoughts which he knew his Clanmates wouldn't like. He pushed them aside and focused on the last two patrols.

[Prompt: You find no rabbits, but quite a few birds!]

"Thistlewing [ @AppleCat4 ], you'll take Silentstorm [ @Pheasantflight ], Snakepaw [ @Bramblefire01 ], and Bristlethorn [ @Aster ] on a hunting patrol. Remember what Twilightstar said, no hunting the rabbits. Look for mice and birds instead," the tom instructed.

Finally, there was one more patrol. A hunting one, perhaps?

[Prompt: You don't find a lot of prey, but there is one rabbit, what do you do?]

"Rippleshade [ @Rippleshade ], you'll take Fadednight [ @Jackpot ], Branchfall [ @shaded shadow ], and Lavenderrose [ @Exis ] on a hunting patrol. Don't forget, don't touch the rabbits!"

Crowspeck nodded. "Alright, on it." The warrior still wasn't too used to leading patrols, but he'd do what he could to help his Clan. The dark gray and black-speckled tom then turned around, looking for his patrolmates. "Quiverpool, Ashfeather, Heatherbee!"

Crowspeck had just sent the kits to go eat when he spotted Halfmask. He raised his tail in greeting. "Hello!"
