Overall, aside from the snark provided by the leader of the ragtag group, Snowypaw felt a smile twitch onto their lips. Bold and brash and unafraid of the word at his paws - or, if he was, he hid it particularly well. Blue eyes studied him, and for a moment they felt a twinge of guilt and shame. Why couldn't they be like that? Just because Gulltwist had scolded them on their first outing? Snowypaw missed being happy and carefree, but knew that if they wanted to have a chance at getting trained, they would have to act more respectable and less like a kit.
Head turning to look at Lionkit, they let out a soft purr. "My belly is alright. And I'm sorry that I appear sad, I'm really trying not to be," they replied, then an idea popped into their head. Eyes lighting up like sparkly stars, they leaned close to Lionkit with a grin. "You've actually turned my whole mood around. With you being so happy, how can I not be?" They kept their voice light and airy, offering a small smile to the young kit before leaning back up.
Out of the three, Snowypaw found themselves enjoying Lionkit the most. Scared at first, then quick to warm up and ready for anything. Exactly like how they'd been as a kit. Quite often they found themselves reflected in the kits; behavior, mannerisms. If only being six moons didn't mean getting plucked from the nursery and dropped into the battlefield. Snowypaw missed the slow, lazy days of batting a moss ball around the soft floor of the nursery.
Attention quickly grabbed again by Beastkit who had tumbled into her leg. They let out a small chuckle, and made it a point to not move or flinch away and instead smile down at them. Sure, it didn't do a complete change of their mood, but at least the situation felt lighter than the one sitting alone by the prey pile had.
It was at Leechkit's last statement Snowypaw realized that none of them yet had given names. And why was a warrior telling them such a scary story, and an apprentice eager to do the same?? Blue eyes hardened as they shot look in Elderflare's and Tawnypaw's direction, along with a paw waved in their direction to get their attention. That wasn't fit for kits, even Snowypaw knew that as an apprentice. But did they dare speak out against them? No, hopefully a look and bat of the paw would do.
"My name is Snowypaw, for my white fur," they explained before looking at her Clanmates. "And this is Elderflare," they gestured towards the bigger cat, "and Tawnypaw." Finishing off by flicking a tail in the other apprentices' direction. Looking back over at Leechkit, they gave a blink of their blue eyes. Was is their place to correct the arrogance? The sheer snark that laced each word coming out of his mouth? Or was it Twilightstars? Kits would be kits, they supposed...
Instead, they decided to go for a rather generic question; "Are you guys having fun exploring camp?"

"Rather quick change of topic." he said, with a bluntness edging on brutal. "Do you think these kits should not be aware of a current threat that could get feisty and carry them off? Do you think them so utterly weak willed that if it was even moderately scary they would not like to be informed? Leaderkit, as far as I can tell, seems to be unafraid and that is good." he said regally, hoping that leaderkit and his followers would agree.

Re: WindClan Territory
Oh, this would be interesting. Or would it?
Eldersky slows her roll as she spots somebody on the moor, though she can't bring herself to a complete stop. Her paws glide over the grass as she continues towards Ryecloud. It wasn't intentional of course. Still, she had no way to conceal her presence in this scenario.
Unfortunately, this cat was approaching her at the same time. Curiosity, that old dog.
The tabby's green eyes flash as she comes close to colliding with the WindClanner. Hopefully Ryecloud had half a mind to get out of the way- Though Eldersky wasn't about to make a peep.

~ WOLFFANG ~
Wolffang listened to the various responses from the punished cats and the mentors who he had chosen. The tom nodded at Crowspeck. Sure, he had reported in late in the past, but otherwise, the speckled tom had proven himself a good patrol member. He trusted him for the time being. Miststone didn’t seem happy, but accepted her punishment without complaint. He’d had his own misgivings about her, but she was on her best behavior, it seemed. Wolffang nodded at her, his eyes narrowing somewhat, and listened to the others. It was good that the mentors were willing to take on their roles.
At Owltalon’s question, he shook his head. “They don’t need to go through training sessions. If one of you must leave camp for training, then another of the mentors who is present will be available. They don’t need to go through training, but they must rethink their actions, especially because this is a repeated offense ever since Twilightstar took over from Brightstar’s leadership. But if they want to come, then sure, as long as you keep an eye on them.” Then he turned to Deadpaw, who had reported in late… right after he’d finished giving out punishments.
Looking at the she-cat, he couldn’t help feeling a small pang as he looked at his kin. He’d always hated her. Sure, her dead paw, her namesake. And her attitude. But he was starting to feel… different. They should have a talk, between just them, half-brother and half-sister. “Thanks for reporting in, Deadpaw. However, the punishment for your patrol leader won’t change. I want to have a talk with you later.” That was all he was going to say for now.
[As to not flood the Patrol area with non-patrol related things, Deadpaw can write one response and we’ll talk through PMs for the rest. The next set of patrols will come out soon. Everyone else can post as necessary.]

Re: WindClan Patrols
Owltalon nodded. That made sense. "Okay," he mewed, dipping his head and backing away. There would have to be a bit of coordination between the mentors, but it shouldn't be that hard. He wasn't even sure that 'mentor' was the right name. Maybe supervisor might be better.

Darkshadow glanced at the talking cats and thought to join. He wasn’t really doing anything else, and whatever they were talking seemed somewhat important. Darkshadow padded over to the group of cats, “Hello, what’re we talking about here” He asked, glancing at all the cats

Elderflare took it upon himself to inform him. "Hello whoever you are, I was just telling these kits about the vulture attack, since you were wondering." he said in a voice that said: Don't make me explain that again. Since you are here, whatever you miss is on you.

“Ah, alright then” Darkshadow meowed, choosing to ignore the cat’s tone of voice, “I’m Darkshadow, by the way” he added

Re: WindClan - Missing & Joining
@ Moonraven
An exhausted kit ran into camp. His little oaws could barely carry him. He wanted to go back to mom! But she wasn't happy! That's why he left. He needed to find his other mum. That way they could be happy. But he had not succeeded. He also hadn't eaten in 2 days. The small ginger tabby ran straight into the legs of whoever was in front of him, namely Twilightstar.

"That's really brave," Twigpaw meowed out loud. He scrunched up his nose, thinking. "Should I hate ShadowClan?" It seemed like everyone else did. So that meant he should too, right? Yeah, that made sense.

TAWNYPAW
Tawnypaw nodded as Snowypaw said her name. ”Yes, it’s Tawnypaw.” she meowed happily. She had no idea why Snowypaw knew her name, but it was great. Maybe it was because her apprentice ceremony had only just happened, but that didn’t really matter. She had other things in mind than her name and who knew it.
”What about your names? You didn’t ever tell them to us, either. Or maybe that’s just my memory.” Tawnypaw meowed. Maybe they had already been informed of their names, but she didn’t recall it. It might be her just being very dumb - like nearly always - though. She always tried to be clever, but it never worked.
Tawnypaw now remembered the hardened look from Snowypaw. ”What? Why can’t they know the story? Elders tell way worse stories, you know! And it's their story, so they need to know it!” she whispered to Snowypaw with big eyes.
What was so bad about telling a story? The elders told spooky stories about haunted places in the moorland, and this story was supposed to be bad? Tawnypaw didn’t really understand it, but Snowypaw must have her reasons to not want to tell it to the kits. Only problem was, no Tawnypaw’s only curiosity was to know why Snowypaw wanted to hide the real story.
She knew it was kinda scary with the vultures and their big talons, but she thought the kits could handle it. Especially Leechkit, who seemed especially tough. And it also seemed that Lionkit loved stories. Tawnypaw wanted to make them happy and tell a story.
Tawnypaw listened to Snowypaw's topic change with pricked ears. It seemed a rather boring change, but she decided to listen anyway. Maybe the kits had a story, too. She loved hearing stories from others.
