Ugh, something needed to be done!
Pinewatch stood up, her wounds from the battle still aching slightly.
Border patrolling.
That was needed.
"Alright," She cried to the clearing, "I want at least four cats over here, we're going on a patrol to Thunderglade, and we're going to mark that border! Despite the battle, we need to show the other clans we're still alive and kicking! This will be a peaceful patrol, obviously, so if you're on the argumentative side, I'd advise you to not join this patrol, we don't want to start a war with RiverClan and WindClan!"
With that, she sat down, tail twitching irritably.

(I want only four other cats to join this patrol! Once I get four replies, we're going straight to the Thunderglade)

Twistedpaw looked up from what she was doing and limped over, might as well do something worthwhile. "I'll help . . . " She offered, looking up at Pinewatch. "I want to be able to do something to help, and I'd be happy to help with this."

"Alright!" Pinewatch yowled, getting straight to business, "I've noticed how low the prey stock is lately, and despite Sweetsong's valiant attempts to restock it, we don't even have half of what we used to."
She tapped her tail on the ground, thinking for an moment before continuing,
"So I guess I'll pull a Whitewolf and assigning some emergency hunting patrols...

Spottedsnow! [ @Little Timmy ], take Tripleaf [ @WarriorzFan ] and Goldeneyes [ @~Fierceclaw~ ] to Muskrat Mire!"

(Additional prompt: You run into... a muskrat! And it doesn't look happy!)

Oh StarClan, she hoped these cats would do what they were supposed to.
"Spiderthroat! [ @Starfall ], take Spidercrawl [ @Kyrieknight ] and Woodheart [ @I draw war cats ] to Sunkissed Creek!"

(Additional prompt: Someone gets it in their head that they're somehow a RiverClan cat and they can catch minnows! They do look funny with their fur all slicked with water though.)

Okay... maybe it was no accident that she had assigned the Spiders together.

"Hm, Thunderchaser! [ @~Fox~ ], take Pearface [ @Celeste ] and Blacksun [ @WinterRabbit5350 ] to The Weeping Tree."

(Additional prompt: Someone spots a squirrel in the branches! They climb and jump for it, but what comes up must go down, and they fall! Luckily it wasn't high enough to injure them... but their patrol mates got some laughs out of that!)

Done with assigning group patrols she meowed,
"And I'll be doing some solo hunting."
With that said, she padded off.

Patrols are due on August 14th! When done, report to Pinewatch!

Mistyshade pricked her ears. A patrol sounded awesome! Especially because she had nothing to do and wanted to help her clan with something.

"I'll come along. WindClan doesn't sound too bad," Mistyshade meowed with a smile.

The Calico tom turned his head from where he situated, comfortably propped up against a rock. Keeping weight off his injured shoulder, it wasn't bad, it was just uncomfortable. Easily managable.

Flicking his tail, the warrior made his way to the slowly forming groups. Looking around it seemed as though he was the only one who'd showed up for this one.

Spidercrawl hummed. At least this wouls keep his thoughts off of things, at least for a bit. The dark brown tom walked over, black paws dragging in the dirt. He approached Spiderthroat, tilting his head. "Are we missing one?"
