Make sure to congratulate Versailles on their promotion from c-mod in training to fully fledged chat moderator! They've worked very hard, and we can't wait to see where they go from here!
Softpaw had noticed Cindersky's worry for the leader, and Softpaw couldn't blame the senior warrior, anyone would be worried. Softpaw had pushed her worries to the side though, not wanting to lead herself to be hated by anyone who liked or disliked Aspenstar, and just looked down at the ground for a second. That was until Cindersky seemed to be giving her words of reassurement, and Softpaw couldn't lie to herself, she appreciated it.
The young molly was really only used to having support from Bluepaw, as even her other friends weren't really support, which was fine in her eyes, but it was nice to know someone else, an older warrior none the less, was fine with her. She had considered Cindersky's words, taking them into account, yeah our morals may fall on death ears, but Softpaw agreed, that doesn't mean you can't stop trying. ' 'Yeah, and besides, surely someone will listen to me at some point, we don't always have to help with claws, I learned that as a kit from an elder.' '
Softpaw had remembered the incident between Bluepaw and Shadowkit, when all of them were only around two moons old, Shadowkit and Bluepaw began fighting because Shadowkit was talking behind Bluepaw's back, basically calling him a murderer, and Softpaw was the one to reveal that. Softpaw should've known better by now, but she still blamed herself for that day, Bluepaw's scar from that was still existent, although not all that visible, and that did make her reconsider what she had just said, did she deserve to be listened too?
| @tulle [Woooo backstory bump to show more of Soft's insecurities!]
Stormkit let's out a huge yawn, they looked around the nursery board. Stormkit then stretched arching their back, "I'm board" Stormkit whined, "boardddddddddd"

Dogbark made his way towards the Thunderwillow, his fresh wounds stinging with pain from where the wraps were being peeled back by the wind, and he made a mental note to check Icicleripple's rotting herb store for marigold (of course, marigold that was close to rotting, he wanted to leave the freshest herbs for anyone who needed them) and the forest for cobwebs.
Tail flicking (and shooting a stabbing pain up his spine, he had to remember to stop doing that until it healed) with concern as he saw the light in Aspenstar's eyes, giving away that she had something planned, and we wasn't sure if he would agree with it or not, Dogbark took a seat at the base and gave himself a quick grooming as he smoothed down his fur, hoping that the injuries would at least be slightly concealed so that he wouldn't get so many odd looks or hushed words of concern.
Spotting Nectarflame in the crowd, he couldn't help but nod slightly in her direction, as she was one of the few cats who he'd known to be able to ruffle him, albeit slightly. [ @implimm ]
"I hope you aren't planning anything that's going to make you look worse up there," He muttered up to Aspenstar, in a tone so low that only she could hear him, "Being petty about Nectarflame- who was saying what really were truths spat with harsh words- would make you look like you're trying to control what comes out of our clanmate's mouths, which is exactly what Dawnstar does, mind you." [ @poppy. ]
Hopefully the comparison to Dawnstar would keep her from doing something out of frustration for Nectarflame's call out, which honestly shouldn't have deterred her so much, if she was to be a role model for the cats in ThunderClan, she would need to grow a thicker skin.

Snowflakekit padded to her collection of things in a hole in a large beautifull oak at the side of the camp. She needed to replant her Poinsettia and Misletoe plants. She dug to holes. She didnt like digging for it was dirty, but she did like plants, so she did it anyway. She put the roots of the plant in the damp soil and filled the hole with dirt.
There! Her plants where planted! Then she got her rocks out of the hollow in the oak and looked at them. One was grey and very smooth. She also had a red gemstone.
Then, she looked around. Her collection of pretty things was her happy place. She had planted pretty plants, and collected pretty feathers. Everything was just right. In her happy place, she could forget about all the troubles of the day.

Cindersky
There was much that the warriors of ThunderClan could learn from the youth. Wisdom that seemed way beyond her moons occupied the depths of Softpaw's brown eyes. Something Cindersky wished she had when she was younger, back during her apprentice days. It saddened her to think of a Clan where peace was left in the paws of those barely old enough to fight, but it mingled with hope. Hope that the generation that would come after her, and the generation after that, would be the ones to finally bring peace to the forest.
"That is absolutely right, Softpaw. I am glad that ThunderClan has apprentices like you to learn from." Pride radiated from soft blue eyes as the older warrior briefly touched her nose to the apprentices ear. She knew what it felt like to feel as though the crumbling of the Clan was your fault, and that was a burden she did not want Softpaw to feel. She was young, and there was much left in life to enjoy before she would have to worry about any of that.
Returning her attention to the meeting, Cindersky changed the subject. "I wonder what this meeting will entail. Are you getting your warrior name already?" the gray furred molly teased, light sparkling in her gaze as she smiled towards Softpaw. She hoped she was doing a good job in lifting her spirits, as she tried to do the best she could with her Clanmates.
