Sunstorm pushed his way out of the warrior's den at that moment, his big shoulders brushing against the top of the entrance. He looked around for a moment, wondering if he should volunteer himself for a patrol when he spotted something more important; a kit. An immediate smile broke out over his face like always, and he padded over. "Hiya, kit! You look bored," He noted, sitting nearby and sweeping his tail over his paws.

➢ The young tortoiseshell shekit blinked at the other Thunderclan kitten, watching him intently as he picked up the mossball and threw it back over to her. Her vibrant green-hued eyes watched it bounce a few times before settling on the ground between her front paws. Brightkit smiled warmly at this and looked back up at Bumblekit, who seemed embarrassed by the action, which confused her a little. “You don’t have to apologize, dude!” The eager shekitten remarked with a happy purr rumbling in her throat. “It’s just mossball, there ain’t much thinking to it!” She was trying her best to console her new friend, knowing that simple games like this weren’t meant to be taken that seriously. Brightkit pushed the mossball back over to Bumblekit, watching it roll silently across the nursery floor. She was happy to finally have someone play with her. It was so boring being alone.

Bumblekit smiled. "Thanks". The she-kit was right. With all the worry thrust on him from this past moon, he had begun to take things way to seriously. It wasn't like he was going to get in trouble for loosing or anything. Shivering as he touched the snow-cold moss ball with his hands, he rolled it across the floor and back to Brightkit, watching as it swerved in a zigzag motion before once again landing at her feet. For the first time since his father disappearance, he was having fun with someone other than just himself.

Blackjaw watched the tom get up lazily, he rolled his eyes slightly, but tried to make the gesture unnoticeable. He hesitated, he didn't want to do this. "The clan needs food, Mallardstep, you and me know that, I'm gathering a few warriors to go hunting," he grumbled. "I'm only asking you because everyone else is busy, I'll ask Birchheart too." He was hoping Mallardstep would come, he didn't want to hate the tom, but it was so hard not to. Just doing what's best for the clan, he thought. The black and gray tom looked him straight in the eyes.

The fluffy tom sat at the edge of the nursery, thoughts whizzing through his head. What was going on? One moment, his father and all of his siblings are forced to leave, and the next the shadowclan leader comes out of nowhere! He thought his clan was ruined before, but look at it now! It's absolute madness. Bumblekit looked around the nursery, looking around for something or maybe even someone to distract him from all this. He was a pretty shy cat and didn't really like socializing that much, but he was willing to do it if he really had to.

The Black kit sat in the shadows of the nursery her golden eyes peering out as she spotted Bumblekit, the small kit leaped from the shadows as she playfully pounced on the other kit with a smile. "stop looking all worried! If it's about what's going on outside I'm sure the warriors will handle it!" the kit mewed hopefully as she put on her best smile for the worried kit.

The molly moved along a path in the outskirts, her neck recently free from that stupid collar the two-leg who kidnapped her placed on her. Her fur was flat aroynd her neck where it once was a paych if fur was missing.She had been through hell. She had tried to escape quite a lot, but she always ended up getting chased away from the door or any open window. Some fur was missing on different sides and ahe looked completely awful. That didn't stop her from being strong.

Geckoleap scented Thunderclan. She was about to step a paw into the territory when she came to the realization that she might want ti wait for a cat to find her. Sitting down on the outskirts side she sat there and waited. The mollies whiskers twitched with anticipation to see her son Cornpaw again. She missed him the entire time she was trapped.

~ Sparrowflight ~

Cinderpaw seemed to be the one that saved Sparrowflight from her attempts to soften the blow of the loss of their leader. Keeping her face neutral she gave Bumblepaw a nod in response to his observation. Aspenstar's leadership was cut off too soon. However, her ears swiveled towards her peer as she began her speech. Sparrowflight was pleasantly surprised at the softness shown towards Bumblepaw, however that did not excuse the harsh words stated in front of their clan as a whole.

The ghost of a frown twitched across her muzzle when she referenced the occupants of the current den as a group. Foolishness? Foolishness?! That unfamiliar fire of pride threatened to burst up once more, however her mentor's words as Nectarflame left the den pulled her back to the present and reminded her that it was not just HER dignity that had been slighted. Bumblepaw's request for a hunting lesson turned that fire down to a simmer, so Sparrowflight gave both him and her mentor a brief nod of her head.

"A hunting lesson is a grand idea," she purred, shuffling herself off to the side in preparation for a quick demonstration. "Now Bumblepaw, Cinderpaw, how much do you two already know? Could you show me your best hunting crouch?"

This would be good practice for her! She had been hoping to receive an apprentice of her own soon, so helping with a few lessons for these older apprentices should help her learn how to instruct effectively... Even if it was slightly nerve-wracking to be attempting her first lesson on front of her own teacher.
