She sighed and looked at the sun. She gave a few blinks, a message sent to her brother saying, 'Everything will be alright. I'll see you soon when Dad gets back with you while Mom's in the hospital'. Her eyes shifted towards Petal, and she smiled.

"If you want we can exchange phone numbers..." he said patting himself down in search of his phone, he soon found it digging in his bag full of books upon grabbing his phone he saw a text from Nala but chose to ignore it shipping it off the screen as it was probably her asking for take-out.

(I made burgers and fries very proud of myself for learning to use the grill)

She smiled and nodded. She grabbed her phone, and looked at her number. Her father had sent a text, asking for her to pick up supper on her way, and she sighed. She wrote down her number, and gave it to Petal. "Dad wants me to pick up supper tonight... So I have to get going in
a little." She said, smiling as she put things back in her bag, cleaning things up. She grabbed a few pinecone and put them in as well. When her step brother, Aoi, came, he would live them. She knew he would.

Smiling he put Miya's number in his phone and sent her a simple smiley face to let her know who it was. "That's fine I'll probably chill here for a while Nala can wait I'm not ready to go back to the apartment" he said chuckling.

She smiled and waved, heading out to the Chinese restaurant her father enjoyed. Her brother was also coming, her step-brother, and he was of Japanese origin. He knew English, so him being here shouldn't be an issue. She ordered what they wanted, and walked home, her bag banging against her leg, and she sighed, a happy smile across her smile.
