Patchpaw padded through the forest, taking everything in. The forest always looked so pretty, even in the cold. Surely it new-leaf was starting soon, right? He couldn’t wait. It was Leaf-bare when he had joined the Clans, so the upcoming new-leaf and green-leaf would be his first as a Clan cat!
Memories swirled through Muddyrose's mind from when she was an apprentice. That cave had been where she'd trained alongside her father. Her training to almost the point of tears, trying to make her father proud of her. Her catching her first prey. To the day that she had fought with Lizardtongue, causing him to abandon her and the Clan. Down to even when her new mentor had filled in. The painful reminder that nothing would ever be the same. Even now, as she plodded on earth that countless other cats had, it didn't feel quite the same. It no longer filled her with agonizing guilt. No longer was she reminded that Lizardtongue wouldn't return home to her. She was past all that. She needed to view it with fresh lenses: she would be training Fallowpaw here. She couldn't let her misgivings and personal issues rule her anymore. Her apprentice deserved better than that. It was time for her to make new memories.
She turned to Fallowpaw, never once losing her composure. She didn't want him to know how the Training Cave made her feel. She needed to keep her focus. "This is the Training Cave." There were few trees overhead, which allowed light to filter through. Muddyrose could feel the sun beating down on her brown tabby pelt. Despite her age, she still despised feeling exposed. It'd be a relief when they actually moved inside the cave. "You won't feel so exposed once we move inside the Cave," She informed him. It was the perfect opportunity for her to test his scenting abilities. "Can you tell what animals have been inside the Cave recently?" She inquired as she sat down and curled her tail around her paws.
There was a mischievous glint in her eyes. She knew full well that only cats ever went inside the cave. Cat scent lined every piece of grass leading to the cave entrance. She was attempting to trick him with that question. The glint only lasted for a second, so if Fallowpaw had failed to notice it, he'd be in for quite a surprise...
Tornclaw burst over, causing a bird to flap away, but not on purpose as he did not see him. "oh, I'm sorry."

The large brown warrior heard the flapping of a bird and turned around to see Tornclaw. Watching the fluttering of the bird Nutwing's eyes turned to slits in a playful way. Nutwing wanna play catch. He turned around and ran after it. It landed in a tree and he went quiet. As silent as he could he climbed up the tree until he was face to face with the bird. He pounced, claws on it. He killed it with a quick bite. Grabbing it in his jaws he jumped down and went over to the other warrior. "Its fine. Nutwing got bird.", he meowed. There was a playful tone in his voice.

Coming back only to get Barleypaw into warriorhood, but then I most likely will be leaving entirely. I've spend too much time on her to not have her be a warrior and I'd like to get her there.

"Oh, good job! I thought I had flushed it away for a second." The cream-coloured tom stated with some playfulness in his voice. "How did you do that? Can you show me how to climb a tree like that?" He was kind of impressed with the warrior. He wish he could climb like that.
