Bumblepaw grimaced as Sparrowflight approached and helped him adjust his position, but his embarrassment decreased significantly when he saw she did the same with Cinderpaw’s. At first he was glad he wasn’t the sole cat looking like an idiot—then he was concerned, because hadn’t Cinderpaw been in ThunderClan for the entirety of his capture? Shouldn’t she know this?

He shoved the thought away and turned instead to rocking slowly from side to side, getting used to the new pose. This definitely felt a whole lot better than what he’d started out with. Green eyes turned up toward Sparrowflight as the she-cat began explaining pouncing and then demonstrated her own. His eyes followed her as she leaped, landing quite a distance away from where she had started. If he could whistle to display his impressment, he would have.

With a deep breath in through his nose, Bumblepaw bunched his muscles and tried out a pounce for himself. When he pushed off, he flung dirt out with his back paws, but his jump and landing were both solid, and when he made contact with the ground again and straightened up, he’d gone a respectable difference. Maybe not further than most cats usually made it, but… still okay, right?

Mothflight returned with Birdpaw with a mouse and two fat birds. She placed the prey in the fresh-kill pile.

His dream was a flurry of memory's he'd forgotten but it wasn't any bad ones aside from a very old one. He felt the stir of the wind that drifted in the den. He blinked his tired eyes open and it took him a good moment to realize where he was and adjust to the movement the others made. He pushed himself up and wrinkled his nose feeling agitated for no reason at all maybe from his thick fur feeling so hot and sticky. Elm stared at his fore paws then got into a sit.

Feeling the urge to run out of camp and run into the empty rivers and swim until he was caught but imagining this only made him more agitated.

The walk back to Thunderclan territory was slow. Tedious. She kept stopping and deciding that she didn't want to come home, yet she always ended up turning around and continuing walking. After all, her baby brother was waiting for her, and she couldn't leave him alone in there. She clomped unceremoniously through the undergrowth, not caring if someone heard her. She was pretty sure the hope was for someone to hear her. But she'd turn right back around if it was a Shadowclan cat- the reason she'd left to begin with. Though now, it felt like she'd been running away. And Foxpaw wouldn't stand for looking like a coward.

She crossed the border at some point, though she wasn't paying attention to the scent markings, everything became familiar in the blink of an eye. She supposed she was rather lucky that she could direct herself to a patch of grass out of earshot of the camp, but close enough that she could walk to it if no one came. Foxpaw sat down, curled her tail over her paws, and waited, green eyes narrowed into slits.

Elm'Kit

Elm dragged his sore paws that seemed to grow heavier as he walked. His ears swerving in any and every direction at the littlest noise. He caught the familiar scent of..."ThunderClan?" Had it truly been or was imagination got the best of him? Perking his head he couldn't recognize the land due to never really getting enough looks around. He picked up his heavy pace and his slim body kept up surely he hadn't been gone long?

Cherrypaw shimmied down into a hunting crouch. "I would just love a nice, tasty squirrel for lunch!" she meows, creeping closer to the kits.
