Rockwing glanced up from where he was sunning near the camp wall as his name was called. A patrol? They rose to their paws, shaking out their fur as they did so, then padded over. He knew of Bravebird - her tendency to give her two cents during meetings made Rockwing quite certain that most of the clan knew who she was - but he hadn't gotten a chance to meet Wispypaw yet. He had found that he hadn't ventured into the apprentices' den in a while. After his apprentice went missing, there wasn't much reason to.

They dipped their head in greeting at their fellow patrol members. "Are we ready to head out?"

Featherkit's thoughts were broken away from her sadness as a gut wrenching;y familiar voice made her turn around, wide blue eyes. Her mom. Her mom. Mom. Using her very limited vocabulary that she had recently attained, she choked out, "Mom-" That's one of the only words she could utter, Mom, No, Yes and Help. "Mom." Her paws flew upwards as she clutched her temples, her mother running over. "Mom-!" SIlently sobbing, the usually composed young molly sank into a crouch paralell to the ground, tears pouring out of her sky colored hues. Her mom had been dead. How was she alive??

Skyleaf's lips twitched into a frown as Featherkit cried. Darn, she had never been good with emotional stuff - what was she supposed to do? Shuffling closer to her little kit, she supressed the many sobs that were about to escape from her maw. Her kit. Her kit. "Yes, I'm back," she meowed gently, unsure of what to say. Shaking out her silver pelt, she tried to brush her tail over Featherkit's face. "Are you doing okay? How have things been going? I can explain it all later, when the meeting is over." Just the way the kit looked reminded Skyleaf so much of herself. It must have been so hard for Feather, to lose so her siblings and then her mother.

Fallownose pricked his ears at the sounds of paw steps and turned to find Frostpaw. "Frostpaw, I see you're back. Where have you been?" He was glad that she was back after having just vanished, but she had better have a good reason as to it. The Clan couldn't deal with cats who just came and went as they pleased.


Fallownose lay in the camp clearing as he groomed his pelt. It was a pleasant day and he was enjoying the sun when Whitefeather made her way into camp and headed towards Twilightstar's den. The tall deputy quickly got up and bounded over to intercept her. "Whitefeather, are you arlight? Twilightstar isn't in camp right now, but I can help you. StarClan you're thin, what happened?"


Fallownose's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a cat coughing and he whipped his head around to spot Streampaw. He hurried over with a worried frown, glancing over the apprentice's pelt to see if there were any wounds. "Punishment? You're much too weak right now, you'll have to see Cowpaw. But first, why did you leave in the first place?"


When Waterkit padded back into camp Fallownose instantly sprung to his paws and was in front of him in a flash. He was worried that the kit had been kitnapped, although since he found his way back that didn't appear to be the case. "Waterkit, are you arlight? And where have you been?"

Whitefeather sighed. "I don't have many more moons left, Fallownose, but you wouldn't believe how many cats told me to stay in my den! I don't want to die staring at a wall. So I left, and I was thinking. And I realized, I wanted to spend my last few moons of my life with my clan, and my family. But I'm not staying in that retched den the whole time!" She broke off into a bought of coughing, rattling her whole body.
