Ciara felt like she might throw up. Rain asked if they wanted him to pull over so Ciara could step out. Ciara hissed in pain, pressing her hands to her templates, raising her head again, and saw someone walking up to Piony. No... no... you are behind that, Ciara. Stop. Stop thinking right now. But then Ciara started shaking, holding her chest where her heart would be, gasping for breath, unable to breathe. Ciara was having a heart attack. Rain slammed on the breaks at Selena's word. Ciara felt her sister drag her out of the car. "W-w-what's hap-p-ping to m-m-me?" Ciara's lips started turning blue.

Ciara struggled to breathe as Selena started doing CPR. Then she gave Ciara a potion, which the woman drank. The fluid made Ciara feel drowsy. Her heart started slowing down, her pulse returning to normal. Rain and Manny ran over. Ciara was breathing evenly asleep, her hand in her sister's hand.
