The tom kit sat at the edge of the nest, still somewhat embarrassed from his fall, keeping himself separated from the other kits, apparently that freak was now his foster sister. He let off a small huff, and glared at Ashkit [ @AshCloud67 ] with his cold blue-green eyes, where the young albino molly was chatting to his siblings, Fallkit [ @Dawnfallstar ], Badgerkit [ @WillowBlows12 ] and Windkit [ @Moonlightwolfpup ] and his mom FireFlame [ @spirit free ].

Lots of thoughts were filling his head, thoughts of anger and annoyance that she was taking all his attention, thoughts of jealousy, thoughts of fear that his family would forget about him or was trying to replace him.., and yet the tom could not feel any sympathy for the she-kit. No matter what she had gone through she had no right to barge in on his relationships.

Driftkit's tiny claws dug into the moss with frustration, his pelt prickling, he didn't want to deal with all these different emotions right now but he didn't really have much of a choice, he was feeling quite exhausted.. from his tumble, being angry, having so many thoughts around his head, worrying about his mother, trying to walk.. he sighed slightly, his head spinning with sleepiness, and he laid down at the edge of the large nest, resting his head on the small rim around it. His eye lids felt heavy and he looked very drowsy, Driftkit curled his fluffy tail over his back to somewhat make it feel like he wasn't laying there alone, and finally let his eyes shut.

I hope FireFlame doesn't forget about me just because she has a new shiny kit to hang out with..

his thoughts trailed off as sleep began to crash into him like waves crashing upon a beach, calming but violent..? He washed away into a dreamless sleep.

fireflame flicked her ear, she sat up quietly not waking driftkit or any other kits in the den, she yawned and stretched, she began licking herself to clean herself,
