The red and white apprentice lets out a soft purr. "Glad to meet you." Cardinalpaw mews softly, looking up at the other warrior. It is true that he'll miss Bitterice, but maybe his new mentor will help him...?
The kit was just sitting at the entrance to the nursery, not really paying attention to what was going on during the meeting. That was until a voice rang out calling her name. Goosekit moved out of the den, her ears later against her head. She was in trouble wasn't she. Her eyes closed and she tried her best to calm her nerves. I don't want to be in trouble, rang through her head until she was given her new name Goosepaw. She was becoming an apprentice.
Eyes were going to be on her and it scared her. Goosepaw quietly moved back and tried her hide herself behind a cat. Nobody would see her? Right! Goosepaw listened and heard a familiar name get rang out. Stagbound. She liked him. The new gray tuxedo apprentice looked around for him before spotting him. She moved over to him and touched her nose to his just the she had seen apprentices do before her. "I promise I won't let you down.", she meowed quietly. She wasn't much of a talker, so this was all she was going to say right now.
Stagbounds eyes widened in shock. He had just become a warrior recently, and he already had an apprentice? Wow. He watched as Goosepaw approached him and touched noses. He lightly chuckled " I don't doubt it. I'm so proud to be your mentor. Your going to do great."

The daisy bounced in Roosterflame’s mouth as he padded to the threshold of Cindystar’s den. He took a deep breath, hoping he wasn’t disturbing her or anything. “Cinderstar?” He called, careful to use her real name and not his mental nickname for her, “May I come in?”
He waited a moment before entering, his paws buzzing with a sense that he shouldn’t be here, in the sacred ground of the leaders of the clowder. He carefully dropped the daisy on the ground in front of his leader, dipping his head respectfully, “I came to apologize for being tardy to the meeting today. I didn’t mean to be late, but the wind was singing so beautifully through the leaves and the butterflies were dancing so well… I lost track of time, and before I knew it, I was dashing through the forest, daisy in hand, to try not to be too late to such an important gathering,” He explained, shuffling his paws on the ground, his ears flattened against his skull, “My deepest apologies, Cinderstar, I assure you it won’t happen again…”
The young warrior pushed the daisy towards the leader, his eyes cast downwards slightly, “When Dogbark let me into ThunderClan, I promised him I would devote my heart to this clowder, but now I’ve gone and missed a clan meeting. To you it may not be a big deal, but to me it’s problematic, you know?”
Roosterflame then went silent, wondering what the leader would have to say in regards to his lateness.

A little kitten curiously poked her head out of the nursery, blue eyes big and round as she watched all the hustle and bustle of the meeting. It was amazing! Oh she wanted to attend too!!
Tree climbing couldn't be that hard, right? Surely she'd manage, yes yes yes, very much so. She was confident she would. She had tried to climb onto the nursery before which... Didn't go so well. But that didn't matter. Just as she was told, nurseries weren't made to climb on -- but trees were! So anyone who couldn't climb a tree had to have a left paw, right? Or two... Three... Maybe four.
But whatever! She was attending the meeting like a big cat! Puffing out her chest, head raised up high, covered in debris as she tried to look as up-tight and serious as possible. Vixenkit slowly marched out of the nursery and to the Thunderwillow, until oops- was that someone's tail?? Who thought it'd be a good idea to leave that laying around?? Eep Eep- Quickly, go hide!
Rosepaw was just about to leave for cobweb-collecting. They were dreadfully low and only holding on due to Cinderstar. And then came an emergency. Oh, lovely. The small cat was already used to disaster and cats bleeding their guts out, which terrified her a little. "On it." she replied. Turning around, Rosepaw somehow managed to run into a wall before finally grabbing the poppy seeds and placing them before the patient.
The cream swirled molly sat near the edge of camp, her paws tucked underneath her and her tail curled around her body and a woodland mouse sat in front of her, untouched. It was sunny with a few clouds drifting occasionally across the blue sky, the air was clean with that lovely green-leaf scent, and the Thunderclan camp was calm.. for once-.
Ever since CinderStar became leader everything seemed to calm down a bit- but yet again SweetSwirl was never really focussing on the chaotic world around her. She lowered her head to take a nibble out of the fresh kill and she began to think. Now this was something that she didn't often do, the molly never liked thinking about things that have already happened or thinking about issues that arose from those past actions, but this time she had something big to think about.
You see, SweetSwirl had discovered that she was expecting not too long ago, and her mate wished to not have anything to do with her kits, and that was fine.. although it still kind of stung. She hadn't decided what she would do with the kits after their born, she could give them away, keep and raise them or figure it out when it happens, she would normally choose the last option but this time she was considering the other two.
Lost in thought the molly remained quiet and nibbling on the little mouse.
With the camp unbearably warm in the summer heat, Dimhazel had escaped to a nice, shaded section of the clearing, perfectly content to wait out the miserable heat waves for the day and try going out when the sun started setting later, but the moment to rest seemed to be short lived as Roosterflame shouted for a hunting patrol, the claim that the prey pile was low.
Their brown eyes slid over to the prey pile they'd somehow not noticed. Well, the fact it was in fact low probably contributed.
It wouldn't do to sit and hope someone else would do it. They'd wanted to do something anyway (if a heavy preference to be out if this scorching sun everyone seemed to enjoy).
Their nose crinkled briefly as they stood and padded to where the younger warrior was speaking to one of the newest named warriors. Brightpath? It seemed to be.
They chittered a wordless greeting to let the both of them know they were there. "I'd also like to join your hunting party."
➢ It was another day in ThunderClan and the sun was shining down onto the camp, bringing warmth and light to anyone who wanted it. The young calico feline stretched out their limbs as they enjoyed a nice patch of sunshine near a group of other clanmates. They wondered where Cloudyflight was right now. Something about sharing this with her sounded absolutely lovely. Brightpath uttered a sharp yawn as their green eyes flickered over to some tomcat remarking about how the clan needed more food. Was their clan really that low or was this fool just being dramatic? She didn’t know, but watched with a raise of an eyebrow as Roosterflame strolled over to some other cats, asking for their assistance in restocking the prey pile. Eh, why not? It’s not like the thin tortie had anything else to do. “I’ll go... if you'll have me,” He meowed as the newly-named warrior rolled onto his belly and stood up, stretching real quick and then taking a step closer to the other warrior. “It’s a perfect day for a hunt anyway. Many critters will be out enjoying the warmth.” Brightpath offered them a very slight smile, but nothing more, allowing their tail to swish behind them. Hopefully, some other warriors or even an apprentice will come to join them. The more the merrier.

Oh, great! Two clanmates had joined the party! “Of course I’ll have you, Bright…path, was it?” He grinned at the younger cat, “Oh! Hello Dimhazel! The more the merrier is what I say!”
He purred and turned around, marching towards the exit, “Shall we go hunting in Firefly Cove? I’m sure the prey’s absolutely abundant there, and it’s more sheltered from the blaze of the sun,” He meowed, looking over his shoulder at the two pals who’d joined him.
(Whoever wants to post first in Firefly Cove is welcome to it, I’m running out of in camp things to say, lmao.)
A loud sneeze the large silver kit emit nearly sent them falling back. Slumberkit licked their lips surveying the clearing. A few colors blinded them for minute adjusting from always being in the dark den to now sunlight. Though, some vivid hues stayed , flowing from each cat. It didn’t bother them no longer knowing there’s no harm. Just hard on the eyes. “Whatta day..” scratching the back of their ears.
➢ Hearing Roosterflame add extra annunciation to her warrior name, the slender tortoiseshell couldn’t help but feel a mixture of pride and excitement bubble inside of her chest. It made Brightpath feel so noticed and appreciated now that they were named a warrior. “Yes, thank you, Roosterflame,” The ThunderClan feline meowed with a more genuinely happy smile present on their maw. He turned his head and looked to another cat that had appeared to join them, a warrior named Dimhazel. Brightpath nodded to them as a kind-hearted greeting and looked back to the tomcat, who suggested Firefly Cove as he started walking towards the camp’s exit. “That’s fine with me,” She purred, quickly padding after Roosterflame, “I haven’t gotten a chance to hunt in our new patch of territory.” Honestly, there hadn’t been too many times at all that they had gotten a chance to hunt. Only the one time with that one warrior whose name slipped her mind stood out.
