Maplekit watched the nursery entrance waiting for even a glimpse of Sootwind. It seemed she would not be coming today too.

"Wishkit? Are you in here?" The charcoal tom hadn't seen the sweet kit in what felt like forever, it'd been too long, but clan duties had called. Inching forward he made sure to watch his step careful not to squish any unsuspecting kittens.
The wafting scents of the nursery brought back fond memories. The chattering of rambunctious kits, the way the sunlight seeped through the cracks in the branches. He wished it could be that way again, spending all day with his kit, but unfortunately it wasn't how life worked.

Flamekit couldn't sleep for long after hearing of Violetkit's disappearance. Violetkit's gone?!
Opening her eyes and sitting up, Flamekit looked towards Snowkit and walked over to comfort the fellow kit.
"Hey, Snowkit..." Flamekit whispered, only loud enough for the other kits around to hear. "What if we all go and bring Violetkit back ourselves? The warriors don't seem to be doing much about her disappearance anyway... so what if we get caught later? At least we'd bring awareness to the Clan!"

"You will be doing no such thing." Entering the nursery, Cinderstar swept her gaze over the three kits. Flamekit, Snowkit, and Vinekit. She had thought that Snowkit would've known better, but it appeared not. "Warriors are working diligently to find Violetkit, but you three are old enough to know that kits are not allowed outside of camp. You are to remain in the nursery, understood?" Taking a seat at the entrance, she wanted to make sure each kitten understood that they were not going anywhere.

(Snowkit is not okay. XD)
Snowkit simply looked up from where she was lying. Normally she would have greeted Cinderstar cheerfully, but now she barely cared what was happening arund her. She had no intention of leaving camp, she had gotten in trouble once already, besides if a warrior couldn't find Violetkit, how could a crippled kit find her? She replied with a barely whispered, "Yes, Cinderstar." Before curling back up and staring blankly at the wall.
