(Two people from the past exploring what 2026 has to offer)
“What if, here me oot here, I play me’ bagpipes so hard it shatters it. The people should be able ta’ get oot then” Arthur looks at Fiona, and nods

"Perfect! Then the persons inside will be free and able to leave the black box!" she said, smiling. she allowed him to play it, before a teacher explained. "miss, what is a fantastical theatrical contraption?

Arthur smiles, saying “Cover yer’ ears” Blowing air through the bagpipe and creating the most awful sound, which seemed to ring in ears for ages after the initial Blast.
Of course, The TV wasn’t okay after that.

she tilted her head. "no... only the humans here, really!" she said, smiling gently. "this is a very special school. not many people, or humans in your case, have powers or abilities. i have the ability to hear people's heartbeats," she explained, waving her hand to the hallway.
Stella nodded, soaking in the information. “All right . . .” She said, slowly. “And . . . is it all random abilities? No, y’know . . . normal ones?” She asked. Of course, Blythe’s ability could be a type of Vociferator. Which was an elf able to manipulate sounds, but then, she was a human, from what she could tell. She was kind of confused as to why she hadn’t questioned this way earlier. She guessed she had just been too busy being homesick for the Lost Cities. “Wow, the Forbidden Cities are so . . . odd.” She muttered, with a faint sigh. Swiping her hair out of her face she looked up. “Sorry, I guess I’ve just now started questioning everything here. I’ve been . . . busy.” She said, leaving it at that.

Walking into the school Avalon gave a big yawn. It was wayy too early for this, as they were up all night watching their father work. They pulled their hair up into a messy ponytail as they walked into the halls. "Remember, you come here to learn not to sleep." they mumbled to themselves before searching to find their locker.

walking through the halls, quite a few books on their belt, they sighed, before picking one out. then they noticed someone to read to. "heya!" they called, rushing over. "would you like to hear a story?" they asked, panting as they slid to a stop, nearly sideways. they brushed their black hair back, standing up straight and adjusting their suit slightly.

Turning their head to view the girl that had basically appeared beside them Avalon gave another yawn. "Sure" they said after putting away their books for some of their other classes. They gave their full attention to the girl standing before them as they pulled out a book.

they smiled, sitting, taking a deep breath. "just a warning, this may or may not become real," they said, before seeing which book they lifted from their belt. "ah, that is a good one..." they opened it, preparing themself for a second, before begining, sound s fro the book becoming real, same with smells. it seemed real, even though the world around the two stayed the same.

she unstuck her feet from the room, feeling herself feel like looking out the window. she noticed the same light. her body went almost limp, much like the un-deads', and she found a need to follow him. "sanvey? have you... seen it?" she asked, walking a bit slower then normal, her head tilting to the side. "the light... it's... so... BEAUTIFUL?! WOULDN'T YOU AGREE?!" she hissed, holding a book in her hand, feeling it try to knit itself into her skin. then she heard footsteps. it was that annoying kid, blythe. the vice president. "nice to see you again, sanvey!" she said, holding a small knife in her hand. madeline, being herself, stood between blythe and sanvey. "blythe... you know what happens, don't you?" she said relaxing herself completely, before blythe nodded.she grumbled softly, keeping her eyes on sanvey.
- Sanvey -
Now he was getting REALLY pissed. A light? Seriously? What was she, a moth? Gods. Maybe he was a light or something, it's probably what made her so attracted to him. It made sense.. It still annoyed him nevertheless. She annoyed him. At this point, he really, really wanted her to just go away. A sigh escaped his lips as he rubbed his forehead with his free hand. As if it couldn't get worse, he heard another voice. Blythe's voice. He tensed up and put both hands onto the papers he was holding. "Blythe." She was the perfect escape from this mothy girl. Ignoring the knife, going with her would be far easier and much better than going with Madeline. The girl he absolutely despised more than anyone else here. He could deal with Blythe for a bit. Sanvey narrowed his eyes at Madeline's words before stepping over to Blythe. Once he was next to her, he turned to face Madeline. "What exactly happens, hmm Madeline?" A slight smirk pulled at his lips as he just stared directly at her. Now he was very interested. If Madeline didn't tell him now, he'd ask Blythe while they walked together. Since obviously, he'd have important things to talk about.. specifically about the students since they were Student Council.

"i-" she stared at him, wide eyes, and she relaxed herself. "i would rather not say unless you tell me what the dynamic is between you," she said, her eyebrows lowering. her body shifted slightly, to a tall, slender woman with a pixie cut. sh ewas extremely thin an pale, and this, somehow, happened to be her real form. it looked much like her father. almost a spitting image. "maddy?" blythe hissed, a shocked look on her face. "what- oh-" she said, noticing her voice shift to a monotone sound.
Stella scoffed. Her heatbeat? Calming? Yeah right. "Stella Pyren. Nice to meet you." She said with a slight smirk. "Is it your first time here? Don't think I've seen you around before." She remarked, casually. A shapr pang of homesickness resounded in her chest. She wished she was the new kid, at least then she wouldn't be longing for home so badly. The ache got stronger as the months passed.
Stella scowled as her headphones dropped to the floor. "Watch it!" She snapped. "You could have broken my headphones!" She picked them up and placed them back around her neck. "Why are you in such a big hurry ayway, just chill." She muttered, rolling her eyes. Humans never seemed to take their time.
“Sheesh, don’t have to be so mad,” Rani chuckled nervously. “I got a spare pair you can borrow!” she shrunk as Stella’s gaze hardened at her. “You know what?! Never mind!” she got ready to flee.
