Dandelionpaw was tired and tried to sleep, but kept twitching her crippled leg as it was in an uncomfortable position.

Mapleleaf wobbled into the medicine den, her belly nearly twice the size it was half a moon ago. It was beginning to worry her and after her small conversation with Thunderblaze, she decided to seek help for it. What if she was sick? What if she would be forced to retire to the elder's den early? Questions whirled around in her mind. Rosepaw would probably be unable to help with this, so she could only depend on Sundust.

Looking around, the calico/tabby warrior opened her jaws into a tone just below a yowl, "Sundust? I have some concerns, could you help?"

If the medicine cat wasn't in the medicine den storage, she would have to apologize to the tom. After all, she didn't want to seem like she was being disrespectful. It would put Mapleleaf in a horrible mood, a mood she strived to keep at bay for as long as possible.

Violetpaw entered camp struggling with something… a body, Duskfalls body. She tried her best to dragged the body but stops. She was still a bit filled with tears as she turned away “Duskfall died, They wanted to take me hunting for the rest of the elders but died in the process” she announced

Flamepaw didn't know many warriors. She just knew Quailfur (who'd become a warrior after her kits become apprentices), Thrushfur, and Spiderleap. But hearing and seeing Violetpaw, her friend, bring in a ThunderClan warrior's dead body brought tears to Flamepaw's eyes. In almost an instant, Flamepaw rushed over to stand beside Violetpaw and help her drag Duskfall's body into the clearing. It was cold. Unmoving. Not breathing. In a way, it frightened Flamepaw. She never had to feel a dead body before. When Violetpaw stopped dragging the warrior's body, the orange and white tabby dropped the body and looked at Violetpaw as she announced Duskfall's death. It was another death that the apprentice had seen.

"I-I'm sorry, Violetpaw..." she murmured, wrapping her tail over Violetpaw's paws in comfort. "W-what h-happened? W-what... what killed Duskfall?"

“Well after duskfall told me a story in the elder’s den, they asked me to go hunting, they tripped after missing a prey” she said sadly

Duskfall wanted to hunt? Were they even hunting close to camp?! Flamepaw was utterly shocked that an elder wanted to hunt. There were many risks for older cats in the Clans when going outside with either no one or a young cat, such as an apprentice in Violetpaw's case. A warrior should've accompanied them! surprising a frustrated and questioning growl, Flamepaw looked at Violetpaw in the eyes and booped her cheek with her nose, trying to distract Violetpaw.

"Where were you two hunting at? Was it close to camp?" she asked in a tone just barely above a whisper. She didn't want to sound angry or anything. Heck, if anything, Flamepaw was perplexed! She never heard of an elder hunting in ThunderClan. Or any Clan, for that matter.

Flamepaw nodded in understanding. She doesn't know how far Violetpaw is in her training, but she didn't dare ask at the moment. It was not the time. If Violetpaw didn't know where they were hunting, Flamepaw wouldn't press for it. If Violetpaw remembered suddenly, the apprentice would simply acknowledge her friend's words.

"Do you want me to help? I don't mind..." she replied with a tilt of her head.

Crowkit played with moss, waiting for his father to return. Hopefully, Thrushfur would return with his sister, Quietkit, but he wasn't sure. It seemed empty without his small, weak littermate around, but surely Quietkit would return? She had to! But alas, Crowkit could only wait. He was six moons old now. He had to learn to be patient so his mentor, whoever it may be, wouldn't get angry with him.
