Mapledawn glanced at Ducknose, giving him a small smile, "I've been okay, though I could be better." Mapledawn said with a small tail flick, brushing a fly that had landed on her ear off. Those things always annoyed her, their buzzing noises were always annoying to hear right by their ears.

She nodded their head, giving him a little shoulder bump, "Thank you for offering. I'll probably take you up on that offer." Truly she was grateful for the offer, they didn't like to bother others with their own thoughts so it was nice someone was willing to listen to her. Once she saw the springs, she purred in delight, like she could already feel the warmth from here, "Lets go!" their tail waved in joy as they started to make their way into the warm springs.

Ducknose smiled at their clanmate. "Of course. I'm always happy to help a fellow clanmate." His heart warmed at the idea of being someone's shoulder to lie on; the young cat's closest relationship was with his own mother, so they were hopeful about making other connections within the clan. Sometimes you just need a friend's ear rather than a mother's; Ducknose didn't know how else to explain it.

They chuckled upon Mapledawn's reaction to the springs, feeling his worries melt away and he trotted after her. He tested the water temperature with his front paw before slowly easing himself into the water, letting out a content purr. "This is just what I needed," they sighed, looking over at his clanmate. "I feel like our clan barely comes here and I don't understand it. I mean, sure there's not lots of prey to catch, but this is the perfect way to relax when you're done all your duties for the day."

They said and shrugged lightly, "I also wonder if they don't want to get in in fear of never wanting to leave." She joked with a small laugh.

Ducknose hummed in consideration, then laughed at Mapledawn's second suggestion. "That sounds more likely," they answered, whiskers twitching. "I might not be able to get out myself. I think my body would protest." He closed his yellow eyes, soaking in the sounds of the territory around them. Somewhere not far, a cricket chirped, and a smile worked its way to their maw. "Yeah, this is dangerous. I could stay in this spot forever." Opening their eyes to look at Mapledawn, he gave them a soft purr before turning more serious. "Seriously, though, I think we should convince more of our clanmates to come out here. It'd help take a load off with everything going on. There's lots of big feelings in our clan right now, and this spot is great for letting everything slip away for the moment. A lot of cats could use that right now." His voice fell softer as he spoke, his worry for their clanmates sneaking in.

Mapledawn nodded lightly, "Maybe we could talk to Pikestar, see if would approve of smaller groups of warriors to take a break even for just a moment." She said, her tone also slightly filled with worry, her ears twitching slightly showing her nerves. "Though we should we wait, after the rouges attacking camp we all have been high alert as well. I think we are all confused on how they have been able to find said camps." Her tone was filled with confusion and annoyance, how those cats were able to find the camp was confusing but also concerning.

HollowStorm walked to Haven Springs, having told his mate to come with him. He bounded down the rundown twoleg bridge and saw no other cats there. It was not particularly cold, but he was here mostly because he wanted to relax his sore muscles after a long run to chase a rabbit that was very plump. He padded into the spring, relieved to feel the warmth of the water soothe all his aches. He knew that his mate shouldn't be walking too far, as she was expecting kits soon, but he knew that being confined to the nursery would probably make her wanna stretch her legs. Basking in the warm water, he waited for his mate to come.

Blossomflight padded slowly up to her mate. "I'm here!" She mewed. This was a surprise, a pleasant one for sure. The molly purred as she saw Hollowstorm in front of her. "How are you?" Blossomflight purred, rubbing her cheek against Hollow's.

Blossomflight treaded carefully into the water. She dipped her paw in and daintily shook the water off before pressing onward. "This is a very nice surprise." She purred, licking her mate's face.
