No one's been in here for a while, Dustbunny's nose twitched as she breathed in the powerful scent of dirt. Since Crowtooth's disappeared, the tunnels have been unoccupied and even though she didn't like to think about it, she was starting to wonder what was going to happen to them. She didn't think Twilightstar would shut them down or anything like that, but gathering new tunnelers had been a bit of a problem for Dustbunny. She wasn't very good at inspiring leadership and that stuff, maybe that's why no one seemed to want to learn from her.

Granted, she hadn't a clue how to hunt down here nor fight effectively, but she knew how to get in and out of them, mostly and dig so that was something... or nothing. But the biggest problem was that Dustbunny was no Crowtooth. Still, it wouldn't hurt to learn on her own. So that was what she was doing, padding along the tunnel and paying no mind to the paw steps she heard coming from above. She was a molly on a mission, if she at least learned how to hunt down here maybe she could teach some apprentices? Her mother always loved to share her knowledge, even if no one particularly cared for it. Dustbunny was going to do her best to follow in her paw steps.

The blue-eyed warrior went well past the Sky Glade, and Adderrock, pausing when she neared the underground camp called the Warren. That should be deep enough, with her whiskers dragging along the side of the tunnel, she walked through the complete darkness, careful not to stumble over uneven stone or ground, until she found what she was looking for. The thump of rabbit paws frantically darting through the tunnel... oh! As the brown animal kept pelting at her, trying to skid to a stop once it noticed. Dustbunny quickly delivered a blow to the front of its head, stunning it, and dispatched it with a bit to the neck. Though happy she had caught something, obviously the rabbit had been frightened by something above ground and came right to her paws, so didn't count this as learning anything, but something was better than nothing. Dustbunny grabbed the rabbit, floppy ears raised as she began to back track.

Snapclaw noticed Dustbunny was in the tunnels as well and called out a greeting "hi there! Dustbunny right? these tunnels are awesome don't you think? anyway i was hoping to run into you! i was wondering if there was anything i could do to help with the tunneling?" she honestly loved being in the tunnels and truly wanted to help out " i love exploring here, and i hope i can help out..." Snapclaw realized she was probably talking this cats ear off so she shut up...

Keeping his mouth shut to avoid tasting the debris as well as smelling it, Snowypaw's tail twitched nervously as he heard a voice behind him. And angry voice. Complaining. About someone throwing something? Who in StarClan's name would be throwing things around camp? His paws kept working for all of a second before his eyes turned down, staring at the culprits. Oh... Gulp.

Embarrassment ran down his spine and settled beneath his feathery, white pelt as he slowly turned his face, eyes wide as he stared partially to the ground, avoiding the new cat's direct glare. Giving a quick, sideways glance to see who had just been the victim of his usual blunders, he couldn't help but gulp again. Before him stood Wolffeather, one of the warriors he had actively avoided as a kit. There was of course nothing wrong with the warrior, of course, but the large apprentice had known as a kit that Wolffeather simply did not have the time or patience to deal with the younger cats. It was understandable, of course! As a warrior, Wolffeather simply had more important things to take care of! A warrior's chores were obviously much more pressing than entertaining a kit, or stopping to correct an apprentice who... didn't... quite look outside the nursery... before chucking the dirty nesting material out. Maybe this was a three gulp situation.

Licking his whiskers uneasily, Snowypaw dipped his head low to the ground, his posture as small as he could make himself... which granted was getting harder to do as he kept growing. "S-sorry," he stammered out in a whisper.

At Twigkit's compliment, Snowypaw couldn't help but pass an embarrassed paw over his face, trying to cover up his shyness. Realizing what he was doing, the gentle giant almost scoffed. He was an apprentice, for StarClan's sake! How was covering his face a good example to set for Twigkit? Or any kits present in the nursery for that matter! Setting his paw down, he blinked a silent thank you at Twigkit before darting his eyes back at his paws.

Noticing the leaf that had fallen, Snowypaw tilted his head in confusion. It might have blown in from outside, but there weren't any trees close to WindClan's camp that he was aware of. Maybe it belongs to one of the kits? Yes, surely this was the answer. The large tom had never been one to collect things, but he knew some cats found the idea entertaining. Maybe this leaf had merely been a part of someone's hoard, and it had simply become misplaced during his nest cleanup earlier? Turning his face back to Twigkit as the young tom sneezed, he considered asking about it, but instead remained silent as the cream kit mentioned his size.

At this Snowypaw couldn't help but purr in amusement, a small chuckle escaping him. There really was no denying his height... and general mass, really. Even as a kit, he had been almost Deadmoon's height when he had been assigned as her apprentice. It wasn't something he particularly gave much thought to, except when learning to stalk. He found that hiding or being generally sneaky before pouncing prey was particularly difficult when your paws were massive enough to kick up dust as you moved. Beaming down at Twigkit, the patched tom lay down, placing his head between his paws on the ground to get a better eye level with his smaller companion. "Is this better?" he mewed in a cheery whisper, making sure to keep his voice down as to not wake any of the sleeping nursery dwellers.

The ginger she-cat nodded and purred. "Oh yes. Four little ones to care for is quite a pawful." She thought of her little kits in the nursery, growing worried that they weren't okay. She was a skittish cat, with so many nerves.
