Alex sighed. So, he had missed the singing. He hadn't seen anybody else. He was tired and his hair was a scraggly mess, matted and knotted. His usually floppy curls were now so tangled it looked like a bird nest.

He just waited by the sides, setting his shoulder down on the railing. He sighed once again, a soft breeze blowing beside him. He had no idea what schools were here. He was still new, and nobody would want to interact with him anyways. Might as well-

His thinking was cut short by another human slamming into him. It felt light and comforting, like his mother's embrace. He blinked open his eyes and saw- "Ivy!" He said, hugging the other student. "Your here! That's amazing!" Ivy laughed and hugged him back, her long green hair fading into orange falling against her shoulders.

Alex sighed. "Oh man, I didn't get to do singing." He said. Ivy ruffled his hair playfully. "Yeah, me and Jason know you love singing. Maybe when we see again, you can do some singing. Now c'mon, let's watch this event! I know your dad was a godly archer!" She winked and grinned, remembering his dad was Apollo. Her dad was a human, but her mother was Demeter.

Brooke saw another lonely girl in the crowd. She shuffled herself over and mewed, "H-hello..." The silver tabby set her ice blue gaze on her paws, grey feathered wings folded tightly to her sides.
