Badgerpaw padded up to the fresh-kill pile and decided to take a vole to the nursery. He quickly rummaged through the pile and, once he found a vole, put the pile back together as neatly as he could.
12-1=11 prey left

Badgerpaw, with the vole in tow, padded into the nursery and dropped the vole he had grabbed from the prey-pile in the middle of the den for any queen or kit to share.
"Here's a vole for anyone who's hungry!"
He then walked out to leave the queens and kits alone to do as they pleased with the vole.

Badgerpaw, after dropping off a vole at the nursery, plopped down in the sunlit clearing to take a small nap. The sun felt good on his pelt, so he decided to curl his tail around his eyes and doze off in an awkward loaf position.
