Laurelkit's ears perked up at the sound of the leader's call, and she quickly turned from where she had been playing outside the nursery. Her paws tingled with excitement at the thought of attending her first clan meeting. Finally, she would get to do something cool, like the warriors of her clan. She weaved through the throng of her gathered clanmates, finding a spot near the middle. She had to stretch her neck to see over the heads of the taller cats in front of her, but her chest swelled with pride nonetheless.

Mushroompaw padded towards Twilightstar, settling down at his usual spots for the clan gatherings. The golden tabby was wondering about their next training session, slightly oblivious to anybody around them. It would be so horrible if he were to bump into anyone hint hint.

Was that just her imagination, or did Mushroomblossom sound impatient? The fluffy dark gray she-cat frowned, looking down at her paws. I don't want to make you. It's okay if you want to go do your stuff. And that was the truth. She wasn't one to force anyone to hang out with her. She wasn't that desperate. But secretly.... she hoped that Mushroomblossom would want to stay.

Awkwardly shifting her paws, Smokekit moved over to make room for the she-cat to join her. Wow. This was... it felt unnatural to have someone so adamant with spending time with her. What did she even say now? Are you a warrior or a queen? yeah.... she settled on that stupid question. Sighing softly at her own idiocy, the kit tried to move along with minimal embarrasment.
