Copperpaw of RiverClan
Going by his birth gender, Copperpaw prefers to follow his given nature. Copperpaw is a tom who goes by he/him pronouns and was a tom at birth.
Copperpaw is an anxious cat, who easily becomes disappointed in himself. Copperpaw's thoughts are always chaotic and cause him to be very emotional. He cries a lot and does not have a good source of comfort (yet.).
Copperpaw needs friends, but he is terrible at social stuff, so he tries to talk to cats and they turn him away because of the of how awkward he is. This is probably older apprentices. He manages to make one friend, and they are an extrovert, opposite of his introverted personality. Their relationship grows, him trailing along the bold things his friend does. Copperpaw's friend, being an extrovert, is friends with everyone until they become friends with another apprentice. Copperpaw becomes jealous of them, and refuses to talk to them or his friend. Copperpaw's friend's friend doesn't think much of it, but his friend gets sad and wants to know what's wrong. However, Copperpaw still refuses to talk to them.
One day, Copperpaw gets injured and is in the medicine den for some days. When he wakes up, he finds his friend overjoyed to see him alive. They explain that they had a fight with the new friend and they both hate each other. Copperpaw is happy, because later it is revealed that Copperpaw's enemy was training in the Dark Forest.
Copperpaw and his friend grow up to be warriors together, and become mates a bit down the road.
