COME HELP! FAST!" his green lenses focused on the area, waiting for a reaction...

Gender: Male
Age(no one over 40 please): Either Nine years old or Nineteen Years old
Appearance(detailed): If he can be nine years old then, Neko is 5 '2 tall and he has the average build of a nine year old boy.
He has short black hair with a few silver dyed streaks and he also has cat like eyes that are a sapphire blue.
He is of asian descent, specifically Japanese, and his most noticeable features are the black cat ears on the top of his head and the black cat tail protruding from the small of his back. Also, I can’t forget about his his sharp black painted nails
His outfit consists of a black long sleeve shirt and black shorts, with black socks that stop just below his knees.
His shoes are also black, but the shoe strings are a silverish color and so are his silver slim fitting leather driving gloves.
The last thing he tops off his outfit with is a black top hat with a silver line going around.
Now if he can’t be nine, then Nekomata is a nineteen year old male who has black hair with a few silver dyed streaks and sapphire blue eyes.
He is 5 ‘4 tall and has the average build of a nineteen year old male.
He is of asian descent, specifically Japanese, and his outfit consists of a black japanese styled cat mask with silver whiskers.
He also wears a black slim fitting silver buttoned down shirt with black slim fitting church pants and black leather heeled mens boots with pointed tips.
Neko also likes to wear an all black overcoat with silver buttons, it comes down to his ankles and black slim fitting leather driving gloves
Personality(Can be developed in RP): Nekomata is generally a very cheerful, enthusiastic, comical and outgoing person. Though he may get angry or scared or even sad sometimes, you’ll usually see him with a smile on his face. At a very early time in his life Nekomata showed a higher intelligence than other people around his age, it is believed to be because his brain was developing at the same speed as that of a cats. But that’s not what you have to worry about when dealing with him. Since Neko has a somewhat cattish mindset he sees others as being inferior to him and he very rarely takes a liking to others. When he does though, it’s not because he actually likes said person (unless he actually does), but it's because he finds you as an interesting specimen and a potentially entertaining victim. Oh yes, that’s right. I totally forgot to mention that he has an unhealthy interest in causing havoc and discord. He also tends to murder people for reasons that boil down to you getting in the way of his fun and because he feels like it.
P.S. He’s basically a super cute, smart, funny, and murderous cat like human being with a god complex.
P.S. If you get to know him you’ll realize that no matter how smart he still acts like a child

Power(cannot be OP or the ability to control others/taking their RP part): Enhanced everything: basically all of his senses and physical capabilities are greatly enhanced.
Summoning: He is able to summon mythical beasts, powerful weapons and artifacts. (He can only summon one at a time.)
Immortality (no, he’s not entirely immortal): He can basically automatically heal himself, but here’s the thing, for minor injuries like paper cuts or sprains or bruises it takes 19 seconds to heal (2 Post). For major injuries, like severed arms or broken legs it takes 19 minutes (4 Post). But if he dies It takes 9 hours for him to come back to life (8 Post) and he can only die 9 times

Youre free to RP in the Villain base and Main RP without hesitation but when you RP in the hero base make yourself seem like a new hero etc because if they find out in RP you are a villain Splitside will probably kick you out. Also Im shorter than that and Im eleven so umm maybe 4ft 9? cuz im 5 ft 1

When Torch saw this he ran to Splitside and His other teammate. He saw Splitside and rushed to carry her. He carried her to the kitchen table and saw her injurys. "DO WE HAVE ANY MEDICS YET!?" He asked quickly as he got a medical kit put. He then came and dragged the other hero to near SplitSide was, he lay the other person gently. "WHAT HAPPENED!?" He asked quickly before opening the medical kit.
Splitside groaned. "Teddie..." she managed to say before taking another shallow breath. "And Moonlight" she fainted after saying those two words. She had bruises across her body and a long wound across her shoulder was bleeding heavily.
