Angel with a Shot Gun

[Moxie Foxy]

a rusty-brown she-cat swiftly raced through the pines trees and snow. her paws barely touching the ground with the pace she was setting. She was Running, but Not for Fun, no, she was Running from the Truth, the Pain... She couldn't rightly tell what was happening as tears flooded her eyes. She felt as if her heart ws being eaten piece by piece, to leave nothing left of what was once full of Happiness.

her breathe was starting to become harder to find as she pelted through the trees, she turned narrowly to twist to the right, sending up snow flying as she went. but no matter how short her breath was coming, she wouldn't stop till everything she once knew and loved was far behind her.


She scittered to a Stop and hide under the sagging branches of a snow ridden Pine. She Glanced about nervously, breathing quick and fast as she tried to catch her breathe. she nervously licked her paw as she gently cleaned the pain full scratch over her left eye, which would leave a bad scar but thankful, she reflected, wouldn't take her vision away.

She curled up underneath the pine tree, falling out of conshisness... her body so beat and sore from her flee through the forest. the Young She-cat of 12 moons had already seen to much for such a short life span... as her world faded into the blissful darkness of sleep the she-cat couldn't help but hope they were far enough away from the terrible truth... the terrible lie that had been her life... she drifted off a single tear slipping from her face.

Her Name was Rogue. Her Life was a Lie. Her Past a Terrible Secret. What would Lie ahead for her? Who would ever Love a girl like her? an Angel with a Shot Gun... Fighting till the Wars Won.

The shecat awake in the night, her large ears perking for any sudden noises. She was on edge, afraid to move from her spot for a long time, but as twilight came she finally stirred from her place. She stepped out from underneath the snow covered pine and sniffed the air nervously, before deciding it was safe. She still though kept her ears open and aware, nervous as she was, fleeing from the one that had shattered her world. The words still echoed in her mind as she reflected with a wince on that terrible time, that horrid day.

Jay padded slowly approached the cat. "Are you ok?" They asked, for some reason. "You seem...off..." He said. She pitied the cat but would leave if asked.

Rogue twisted around and hissed, fur bristling "who sent you?!" She snarled, claws glistening in the moonlight.

Still bristling she narrowed her eyes, "my eye is fine thank you" the shecat was quite done with trusting others, she thought of it as a weakness now, since her foolishness had been what gave her the scar.

Blue gave a slow nod. "Quick question..." He started. "Have you seen a large brown and white cat around? Goes by the name..Jay?" He asked, hoping she hadn't! Jay was his older brother that...lets just say...wasn't the nicest in the family...I mean none of his family was! They were all brutal and abusive! They would beat Blue because he was the runt of the litter. He had scars covering his body and was blind in his left eye!
