they need relationships, not biologically though. As new kits, they will be adopted/brought into the clan by a warrior showing sympathy for these pair and brings them to a queen.
The queen doubts the kits but takes them in and raises them.

[How they got on wc territory: Their biological mother had seen a few of her kits grow sickly and herself as well. She knew that cats passed along wc territory, hoping someone would care for her healthy pair she dropped them off just before getting stuck in barb wire from the farmers she lived by and in result: Val lost half his tail and half his ear, Cupid gained a nasty wound on his side and the mother lost her right eye.
She managed to stop the bleeding fortunately. She left the pair in a heavily scented area then disappeared later dieing with her few sickly kits.

Personality: willow is a cat who loves everything and everyone to the point she’s called the softest cat in windclan. She adores kits and stands firmly against things she dislikes. Often gets anxious over things but always returns to her calm state of mind.
Other: mother to cowkit. She had lost her other three kittens at birth. So having adoptive kits will help her through grief
