Cranberryfrog turned around, standing up to their full height and they let out a low growl as they spoke, "Snarl at me again and see what happens." Their voice cold as their green eyes filled with a cold fury

Wetwhisker stood eye to eye with the tom. Even if she had to look up at him a bit she snarled back. "Try me" suddenly a tail was lashed and a yowl sounded. "Stop this nonsense now!"

Owlclaw stood in-between the two cats. His large brown body smooth, his sharp amber eyes narrowed and blazing with fury. The senior warrior snarled.

"This is enough! Cranberryfrog this is a queen of your clan you must respect her! Wetwhisker I'm not letting you go just because you are my kit. You have no right to snarl at him, you were complaining and so was he. Now both of you separate before I do something" he compellingly growled. "Your both making a scene. If Thunderclan acts like this do you think we will be feared and respected as we are now? No, I didn't think so. Now move" he growled. Shoving his daughter away from the tom with a small meow. "Enough, the kits don't need this and neither do you."

Hailhawk shushed the kit as Thrushfur spoke. He stated some good news. "Hey, she's not dead. She was taken by twolegs. But Thrushfur is going to be our leader. He's been our deputy for some time so I trust him." He told her.

Ghost’paw

After thinking about this idea for a while the restless apprentice had made his way to thrushfurs den. Blinking in amusement as he thought up ways to try and explain himself to the thunderclan leader. Sure he didn’t really get involved with high ranks but he wouldn’t sit back and allow those smelly two’legs to hurt his clan any longer. Taking a deep breath he spoke boldly, thrushfur i do believe I have an idea to solve the two’leg problem. It might take a lot of work but I think if we at least try we can save a few more clanmates from the clutches of those beasts.

Wisppaw dropped off some leaves and petals she found into her nest, deciding that if she was going to be sleeping in here for the next six moons, she might as well try and make her stay comfortable. It wasn't too bad in the apprentice's den... The noise outside was muffled, and the scent was dewy and earthy. Maybe she should try and introduce herself to the other apprentices? Wisppaw looked around for anyone else in the den that didn't seem too hostile.

Well, that thing had been resolved, but as the dark-furred Keeper headed to his other duties, something caught his eye, and he turned to watch as Poppypaw (who, when thinking about it, he hadn't seen around despite making a note of keeping a closer eye on what happened around camp) walked into camp. "Thrushfur-" He would refer to the new leader as -star only when they had gotten their new lives, no sooner "-is the new leader now after Sparrowstar apparently got taken by twolegs. Oh, and the Thunderwillow was struck by lightning during the most recent meeting." All extremely fun, as you could clearly understand by his monotone voice and largely expressionless face.

"But never mind that", he continued, fastening his piercing golden-yellow gaze in the apprentice. "Tell me where you have been... for a whole moon."

Flameheart nodded, taking note of not calling this young she-cat a RiverClanner anymore. This apprentice, or... loner, was actually mature enough to admit she made a mistake when she was six moons, which was a step up from what she's recently been dealing with in ThunderClan's youth. "I'm all for second chances, but I'd like to know what made you leave ThunderClan in the first place?"

Perhaps if the young Keeper knew what made this apprentice leave, then perhaps it could be a chance to improve ThunderClan. Of course, she'd have to talk with Sparrowstar about it first before trying anything. Flameheart was glad the apprentice didn't want anything to do with the poisoned claws that had caused the deaths of a few ThunderClanners so many moons ago.

Oh, boy... he's still sour over the fact he got caught. That's a typical troublemaker for you, I suppose... Flameheart fought to keep her expressions empty as she listened to the apprentice ramble on about his dislikes and willingness to come back if Flameheart tossed him back out into the forest.

"Look- Sparrowstar is busy tending to her duties, Thrushfur is mourning the deaths of his daughter and apprentice, and the other Keepers are busy back at camp. Whether you like it or not, I'm handling your rejoining. I don't care if you don't like me, that's your opinion. I moved past our argument because I have better things to do in life such as protecting the Clan and training my apprentices. I apologized back then, I don't feel the need to apologize now. Let's get back to the topic at paw, shall we? What happened to make you go missing in the first place?"

The young Keeper and temporary deputy was not looking forward to Goldenpaw's sharp words, but if it meant his presence back in ThunderClan, then this was worth it. As much as she disliked the tom, the Clan needed him to help out, especially now that Quietpaw, Weaselpaw, and Cloudyflight were in StarClan. I just hope he stops his petty argument. It's not doing him or me any good.

"Easy for you to say, you weren't the one getting someone else's authority lorded over you for no reason other than just wanting to stoke their ego. You can move past it all you want, but I'm not going to follow your 'example'." He brushed off the information with little more than a flick of the ear, seemingly focused on their quarrel. It might have been a bad idea, but Goldenpaw wasn't a quitter nor a coward.

Still, he did know when to put his own distaste somewhat aside - this did affect the result of his rejoining, after all. So, with a heavy sigh, he started to actually explain his absence. I got lost in the territory and got attacked by birds" he mumbled under his breath, obviously not wanting to talk about it any more. Why would he? It was embarrassing! Stars, he could already imagine Hazelpaws reaction when he got to telling her about it.

Thrushkit flopped ( her head down in her nest and sighed. She was a more shy kit. Really the only outgoing kit in the nursery was frogkit
