Hugo was pretty annoyed. What, was he being interviewed? Arrested? Whatever it was, he didn't like it. And, at one point, he could handle it no more. "Shut up!" He snapped. When he yelled, his burn flashed a very very very very VERY dull blue. It was almost invisible.
