She could cry if she let herself, but in this moment, she wouldn't. Her chest puffed out with pride. She could feel more a part of the clan now. She could provide more. She would let herself feel fully accepted now. It might've been a hard start being adopted into this life, but she would make sure they never regretted it.

Treepaw!

Her green eyes were wide and bright as they watched Bumblestar, although they shifted as her new mentor appeared. She glanced up at the tom with wonder. "Hello!" she replied, softly as to not disrupt the rest of the meeting. "I look forward to learning from you!"

//Wildtwist smiled as the two apprentices got their name. He started chanting the names. "Treepaw! Galepaw! Treepaw! Galepaw!

Dapplepaw stared at the two new apperentices. She turned her head as cats started chanting. What? Oh yeah, a clan thing. She flicked her tail before starting to chant. Treepaw! Galepaw! She purred at the memory of becoming an apprentice herself. That was a long time ago, when her life was perfect. Her parents were gone, and she was alone. She turned to Fireflykit and smiled. She had a friend now, at least.

Drizzlecloud tipped her head to the side when Springpaw looked up at her, offering he young molly a reassuring smile. “Oh, no, no..” She shook her head, dismissing the apology with a flick of her tail. It was understandable that she was so disturbed by all that was happening. Drizzlecloud was a fairly emotional cat as well, so she could understand fairly well. “There’s no need for you to apologize. We’ve suffered far too many losses as of recent, it’s bound to take a toll on us.”

She nodded solemnly as she listened to Springpaw’s words, feeling her chest tighten, sympathizing with the apprentice and her personal losses. Although she couldn’t completely understand, as she had never been so close to someone before losing them, she could imagine how it would feel. “I’m sorry about your siblings, dear.” There was the option of insisting that there could still be a chance of finding them, but… She didn’t want to give her any false hope.

Her tail dropped to rest on the dirt beneath them, her tail-tip gently touching Springpaw’s hind paw. It was a small, simple action of reassurance. She didn’t know her well enough to wrap her tail around her, offer her any other physical acts of reassurance–she didn’t want to step over any boundaries that she wasn’t aware of. “Thunderclan is certainly in a.. State.” Definitely not a good one, but she didn’t need to actually say that for anyone to understand what she meant.

“The state of our clan won’t be fixed overnight, but… We still continue to try our best. No matter what happens to us, our clan will continue to grow and develop,” She paused, nodding her head to the two kits who were just newly apprenticed, “And perhaps some day, we’ll grow as strong and stable as we once were. I believe that we will, but it will take us a great deal of time.” Drizzlecloud spoke softly and slowly, as per usual, making sure to annunciate her words correctly. “Some day, everything will be alright again.”

The tabby tilted her head to the side as her companion spoke up. Folded ears twitching as she took in what the other was saying. It was odd...how he just got up and left. It didn't make sense, truthfully. In her eyes he seemed to be doing pretty great, mom and dad weren't expecting much but were still hopeful.

Bright blue eyes, flickered with surprise as Russetpaw spoke up about her lack of training. Or what she percieved to be the primary reason behind Thrushstars dissapearence. "Oh don't think like that. You know my dad said something once. Don't...what did he say. Don't self insert. You don't know what's going on in another's head. Their head, and their reasonings are theirs, and theirs alone. Don't try to stick your reasonings inside their head. Same for Vis Versa." she said, a hint of a stern tone in her voice as she looked down at the other with a gentle smile. "I hope everything is well with him, wherever he is." she said, looking up at the sky. A silent plea.

The nickname that came out of the smallers maw made the tabby fluff up in surprise. Her cheeks and even her nose felt as though they warmed up slightly, as well as her ears. Was it noticeable? She hoped not. If the nickname got her in a tizzy, the gentle shoulder tap, or an attempt at a shoulder tap, really got her frazzled. "Oh! Well, that's uh, that's good I'm glad. Though granted you did most of the talking aha." a soft laugh passing through her maw.

Odd, Silverpaw had never been distracted like this, nor so caught off guard. Maybe it was because of everything that was happening, surely. After all it's a lot that's going on. "I know it's a touchy subject, but who do you think will be your new mentor?" she asked, hopefully that would distract Russetpaw enough so she could flatten out her fur. The cheers and names of the new Apprentices who joined their pool of apprentices nothing more than background noise. She couldn't seem to focus, which was...odd for her.

"Treepaw! Galepaw!" Sootfur chanted the new apprentices' names along with all his clanmates, cheering them with all the liveliness he could find after hearing Dovefluff's last kit's death announcement.

Salmonkit cheered for the two new apprentices, including his new friend Treeki- or now it was Treepaw. At least he thought they were friends-. There was also Galeki- Galepaw.

Needed to remember that.. he didn't know Galek.. Galepaw but it was considered respectful and a tradition of the clan to chant all names even if you didn't know them- which was kinda weird but- eh.

It dosen't really matter.. speaking of becoming a apprentice he would be one soon! WoWeE. He couldn't wait!
