Fawnpaw stood up, she was interested in the rest of the announcements though her mentor already told her to race her; alright then...? The apprentice stood up, running towards the camp entrance; following her mentor i wonder what the borders will look like....and the landmarks! And other things, they thought; Leaving the Stormcrest .I really hope i won't miss too much...

Eyes wide and eager, the tom excitedly jumped for joy as Bumblestar said his new name. Lambpaw! Lambpaw! Lambpaw! The young tom excitedly cheered on for his new name, alongside the names of his sisters, Lotuspaw, Leafpaw, and Lightningpaw. All his sisters were apprentices too! That was super exciting! The long-furred tom giddily jumped for joy as he continued to listen, eager to learn about who his new mentor will be. He stopped in his tracks as Bumblestar gave out his mentor’s name, Foxflurry. Well, she sounded like a cool kitty! What’ll she teach him? Looking around, the round-bodied tom began to eagerly search for his mentor, catching the sight of her out of the corner of his blue eyes. Grinning, the tom began to rush his way towards his new mentor, small bits of flowers and some other plants that were stuffed into his fur falling out as he went. Giddily, he plummeted himself down onto his haunches as he lazily waved a dark paw at his mentor. “H… H-hi!” he squeaked, voice cracky as he introduced himself to his mentor. This was gonna be fun!

Another Lambpaw? She had two apprentices named Lambpaw? She stared slack-jawed at Bumblestar before turning to observe the new dude. "Hello." She attempted a smile stepping closer and leaning down to try and touch his nose. Stars, she'd hope this would go better than the other three. She'd do okay, and she'd train him and she'd make him a good warrior. Of course, she'd let him live how he wanted, she wouldn't force him to grow up fast. Foxflurry wasn't good with... the younger generation, but she'd try her best with him. She wouldn't fail number five. "So, uh, do you want to see the territory when the meetings over?" Help, how does one speak to children.

Wolfpaw cheered the new apprentices’ names, albeit a bit confused that there were now two Wolfpaws. Well, he supposed he would just trust the process. After all, Bumblestar probably had a better grasp of how names worked than him.

Now, Lotus didn't know exactly what she was doing, but she DID know that she was about to become an apprentice with all of her siblings except for Lavie, and as much as she was mad at her sister, she wanted to see her here. She missed her bully of an older sister. And she missed her mom, even though she never met her. And she missed her big fat abandoner dad, even though she hated him. Lotuspaw. Lotuspaw. Lotuspaw. That was her name! That was her name! Squealing softly, the 4 1/2 moon old hopped up and searched for Mudhound. That was the big happy cat who lost their leg, right? "Muddy? Muddyyy?" She called, eventually finding them and bouncing over, brilliant blue eyes and instead of the traditional nose boop, if allowed the molly would jump over and give her new mentor an excited hug. "I'm Lotuspaw! It's so nice to meet you!! I'm super excited to be an apprentice!"

The molly didn't see Asterdance, so she just padded up to the Stormcrest and sat down shakily, looking up at the leader with a paw planted firmly on her tailtip so no one could see how it was shaking. Blinking up at Bumblestar as she was given her apprentice name, Firefly listened on pins and needles for her mentor. Alderstep. Okay. She knew him. She liked him. She wasn't so sure that he liked her, but she looked around for the deputy to see what his immediate reaction was, round eyes just a tad wider as she stood up and padded over to where he sat, looking up at him nervously. "I promise I'll do good." She choked out shakily, blinking up at the tom.

The ThunderClan warrior sat paitently as Bumblestar Apprenticed the kits and... Announced them as a mentor? Well that was a surprise. The young warrior hasn't done much to deserve an apprentice, but they'll take the task either way. They got up from their spot in the clearing to find their apprentice, Leafpaw. "Leafpaw!" they called out. They padded over to touch noses with their new apprentice. "We'll begin our territory tour after the meeting," they said. They sat down beside their apprentice to continue listening to Bumblestar.

In his tired mental state, Alderstep was vaguely aware of Treepaw by his side. She seemed alright, from what he could tell in between his slow blinking, which was what he expected, considering she should've been far from the battle. A scowl momentarily pulled at his face as he realized that he should teach her some battle moves. Just in case she couldn't avoid a battle. But that was later. After he slept.

For a second, when Alderstep heard his name called, he thought he was getting yelled at or something. Great cats, his mind was way too hazy. He needed to sleep. Real bad. But no, not in trouble, he'd just gotten a second apprentice (the more, the merrier). Fireflykit (paw) no less. His ears flicked at her shaky words, wondering if he was actually that intimidating or if she was just naturally a mess. Perhaps it was both. Besides that, Alderstep wondered how in the four clans he got the anxious, timid apprentices. It was nice not to have to deal with a troublemaker, but he has to tread carefully not to make someone cry, which was subjectively worse. (Or maybe he could just stop being callous, but where's the fun in that?)

Whatever. He was more awake now, and he wanted to know what else Bumblestar had for this meeting, so he waved his tail to gesture that Fireflypaw should sit down on his other side from Treepaw. Huh. Double apprentice. Should be fun.

Hehehe Mudhound was having a blast watching the pebble being passed around from cat to cat all under the obvious eye of the high ranks. Wait no Springpaw saw it but didnt seem inclined to stop their little game so they were in the clear! For now.... Hehe. Oooh! Pebblepaw had the pebble! Mudhound was downright vibrating in place waiting for the molly to throw the stone to another cat excited for a friend to join in the fun.


The tripod hadnt really been listening to the announcements beyond a brief flash of joy for the apprentices sake and the brief shock at the sheer amount of them, wow, for kinda a good reason. See the maine coon mix really wasnt expecting to get their own apprentice. Sure they'd been back for a bit and been in a battle but it was only really two moons and Mudhound didnt really know all of clan life just yet. They could hunt but had never been on a hunting patrol and fight but didnt know thunderclan specific moves, plus the finer details one would need to teach to an apprentice escaped them. So why would Bumble-sis give them an apprentice? It was just stupidity- whoops Bumblestar just gave them an apprentice.


Uh uh uh what do from here??? Which one was Lotuspaw? With the new apprentices swarming the warrior couldnt really tell which was now theirs and surreptitiously took the moment to scan the area and figure out what exactly they were supposed to do now. Ok so say hi and touch noses? That was ok Mudhound could do that! And some offered a territory tour or a hunting lesson which Mudhound could also do! Manageable so far! And the newly named apprentice had shown up things were really going great!


"Heya Lotuspaw! Congratulations!" The warrior beamed leaning down way down to wrap a paw around the huggy apprentice in turn and happily rub their face all over the younger cat. Muddys apprentice now, cheek rubs meant theirs it was the law. "Its nice to meet you to! Im excited to be your mentor this is gonna be great!" Yeah Mudhound was not letting go of Lotuspaw simply shifting them into a more comfortable position while keeping her partially squashed. Hugs with the tripod were always a risk like that. "We're gonna have so much fun after the meeting we can do a territory tour or hunting or something! Your choice on the first outing! Itll be great you can go out now and see everything!"

Well, Foxflurry seemed like a nice mentor so far, maybe that’ll mean that she will teach him something good later on? Lambpaw wasn’t sure, but it wasn’t like he was going to question it, his little beaming grin still smeared on his face. Oh? Were they espoused to touch noses? Lambpaw never really actually saw a real formal apprentice ceremony throughout his kithood, so he supposed that was what was espoused to happen, judging from his new mentor leaning down to touch noses with the young apprentices. Shrugging his little shoulders, he lifted himself up by the tips of his little toe-beans to quickly boop his dark nose against Foxflurry’s own. He then quick backed himself up afterwards so that he gave the two of them space, grinning vividly up towards his mentor as she continued to speak, rapidly grabbing his attention from her sudden mention of a… tour?

Excitement and puzzlement was quick to grab onto the tom, his brain excitedly buzzing as he began to think about what the territory could possibly look like. That wasn’t the main thing that was on his mind though; it was what he could find. Giddiness rapidly entered his system as he thought about all the pretty bugs and flowers that he could see during the tour. Maybe he could find something super special for his new mentor? Like… a pretty feather of sorts? He did have one before, but he gave it to Sprucebuddy! Speaking of the quiet tom, Lambpaw wondered how he was functioning with being with his new mentor… Oh well! He’ll find him after the meeting of course! Focusing back again towards the caliby, the flame-point began to eagerly nod his head, lifting up two dark-furred paws as he happily rubbed them together, showcasing his appreciation for the idea of a tour. He didn’t like to talk much, and Lambpaw didn’t really know how to use much gestures to express himself, but he hoped that his mentor would understand what he meant!
