Sprucekit did his best to climb over his mother, just to get a glimpse of the world outside the nursery. He could hardly wait to be out on his own, to go wherever he wanted, whenever he wanted. But alas-- his imagination would have to suffice for the time being. Lashing his tail around he managed to peak over his mother, before tumbling down right back where he started.

Foxkit sat up and glanced around the nursery, examining his surroundings. Carefully, as to not disturb the other cats, he stepped around the nest and sat in front of the opening to the nursery, staring at the outside world longingly.
