Pain. Suffering. Fear. Sadness. Everything... not good.

 

The calico-tortoiseshell she-cat's green eyes darted around as she stood in the clearing, fearing that a cat might pounce on her at any moment. My Clan uses me for nothing... I'm just... something to keep it alive... they will kill me... Everything was making her too scared to ask for help. Her left ear had been bleeding when she tripped on the way back from the gathering, and she didn't want Drizzlecloud to look at it. After all, if the medicine cat's job was to keep her alive, why should Cherrypaw allow her to plant any more bad thoughts in her mind? It was all just... too much for her... It was making her barely sleeping at night, sometimes she would claw her throat slightly, trying to see if she was really still alive. When she saw the blood on her claws, she'd stop and let that heal on its own. And it took forever to heal.

Cherrypaw took many deep breaths, but nothing was working. Her Clan didn't care for her... why would Bumblestar want her here? Sure, Bumble was a leader, but... but... I don't know anymore... The molly shook her head a few times, slightly flinging the little trickling of blood in the air. Pain... fear... what was her life?

Well, at least they'd all managed something decent. Tansyjaw's patience was....pretty well exhausted now, so she decided to call it quits. Cut them off before MORE trouble could get started. Alright, that's enough for now. Disperse, begone, never trouble me again. A rather pointed look at Shockkit with this last phrase, not terribly interested in seeing HER ever again. She wouldn't be surprised if there was some Shadowclan or Riverclan in THAT one, although her brother seemed decent enough. Maybe it was just two sides of the same coin, with any parentage defects hidden for the moment in Sparkkit. Regardless. Their kit training had been completed, and they would disperse and she wouldn't have to deal with them again.

She'd probably offer some climbing lessons tomorrow, that was something she considered slightly more acceptable than hunting. After all, climbing was in Thunderclan's blood, or at least it OUGHT to be. With all the....mixing in the clans nowadays it probably wasn't in everyone's blood, but so be it. If they were going to stick around, they'd need to learn, and who better than HER to teach them. She, at least, was both in spirit and in heritage a Thunderclan warrior. Tansyjaw was as much a warrior as ever in attitude, if not in lifestyle. She kept herself fit though, just in case there was need of one more camp defender sometime in the future. She might be a bit stiff nowadays, but her skills were still sharp. @Barnaby @Sleek (I'm out!)

Shockkit leaned over to Sparkkit and whispered, "I'm pretty sure she's teaching hunting lessons tomorrow." She grinned deviously. "Let's make her life miserable." Now, she wasn't evil per se, she just....liked pulling pranks. And what better than to make Tansyjaw regret teaching kits anything? She was oblivious to the fact that it would end up having her punished, stuck in the elder's den.

Sparkkit couldn't wait for this whole mess to be over. Why was he here in the first place? Whatever. All that mattered now was that he just get out of this hellhole, away from these cats. He looked up at the sun. It was setting. Great, he thought crossly, my whole freaking day is ruined sitting here with this cranky old elder and my sociopathic sister. When Tansyjaw finally, finally announced their release, he rushed out of there as fast as he could, noticing Shockkit whispering to him about climbing lessons tomorrow. "I'll think about it," he grumbled, not even hearing her. Quickly he disappeared into the nursery.

Now, Shockkit was disappointed that Sparkkit had left in such a hurry. But it was fine. It was worth it because she had finally won. She had finally beaten him, finally reigned superior. And she would still sign him up for tomorrow anyway.

Well...Strikekit just wanted to take a little walk around the clearing when his eyes caught attention of one of Thunderclan's apprentices just standing there, seemingly...worried about something. Why though? Should the kit help? He was only 5 moons old, what could he do to help? He didn't seem like the type of cat that can heal stuff like this..infact, that was most likely the medicine cat's just. So should he try to? Or would things go horribly wrong and he or something would get hurt in the process? Well maybe just try to talk a little..yea he knows he can do that.

So, he slowly walked over to the older cat. A bit shocked by the blood that flew off this cat...it's quite concerning. Just...slowly...and carefully walk closer. "Uhm...do you like-...need any help or something like that or...?" he asked, just realizing how awkward that might have sounded. He wasn't really sure how to help...just...talk or something like that? Welp, hopefully this won't be awkward, if it does then he'll just say goodbye or such things

Tansyjaw was spending far too much time with kits these days. As one of only two elders in the clan a lot of the kit curriculum(she still thought they were a terrible idea) fell to her to execute on. Seriously, before Bumblestar came up with this mousebrained idea, SHE should have been forced to try and teach six little nutters to climb. ESPECIALLY when one of those little nutters was Shockkit. Fortunately, the.....disruptive was probably the politest way to put it...molly had already completed the two required classes, and hopefully wouldn't be troubling Tansyjaw any further. Paws crossed.

Instead, it was Redkit and Swiftkit on the docket for today. Swiftkit had already learned climbing, so he was probably nearing his apprentice ceremony, but she had little knowledge of Redkit. No matter. As long as they weren't like Shockkit, this could progress....somewhat smoothly for all involved. With this, perhaps delusionally optimistic thought in mind, Tansyjaw called for her next victims pupils. Redkit! Swiftkit! We're going to do a battle lesson! she called, internally seething that kits were being made to learn battle moves. If Bumblestar wanted them to be safe, she wouldn't be giving them ideas that they might know something.

The only thing more dangerous than a kit on the battlefield(for the kit, not the cats around them) was a kit that thought they actually knew how to fight. All that would lead to would be dangerous overconfidence and a complete disregard for their own safety, and there was no guarantee that their enemies would respect the warrior code. Tansyjaw would never DREAM of harming a kit, even of Shadowclan, but the pine forest cats were notoriously unscrupulous, and probably wouldn't hesitate to dispatch such a kit. As such, she would be impressing upon Redkit and Swiftkit their own lack of training at the conclusion of the lesson, and restricting her instruction primarily to defensive moves, with a few, most basic, attacks.
