Brighnight

The brown queen allowed her bright blue eyes to scan the clearing as Willowkit watched her friend Minkkit's ceremony and Weepingkit slept beside her. Giving a small sigh her eyes landed on a parasitically attractive she-cat. Cinnamonswirl, Brightnight noted the pretty she-cats name and face in her mind. It seemed out of all the cats in the clearing this one caught her eyes the most. Brightnight wrapped her tail neatly around her soft and small brown paws. Scanning the clearing a small bit she hadn't realized Weepingkit was awake until he leapt on her back and pushed her down. "Weepingkit!" she exclaimed, looking at her kit in surprise, "Get off me your great lump!" she hissed in a playful tone. Brightnight's smile widened as Weepingkit purred, "If i'm a great lump than your a mountain! I'm just a small kit!" Weepingkiit had huffed. This smart remark made Brightnight purr loudly. "Good one little one, go get some fresh-kill and go share it with your sister." Brightnight ordered gently.

"And I mean share!" Brightnight called after Weepingkit as she watched him giggle and run away. Smiling fondly she hadn't realized her tussle with her son brought her all the way to Cinnamonswirls tail, standing up she accidentally stepped on her tail, jumping back she immediately had a worried look on her face. "I'm so sorry! Is your tail OK? I didn't mean to step on it! You see me and my kit were tussling around and..." she trailed off, looking shameful as she put her ears down. This cat probably thought she was really weird, stepping on her tail, suddenly making what sounded like an excuse and then rambling on about it. Great first impression Brightnight! And of course it had to be the cat you were staring at! Your so weird She scolded herself in her head

CinnamonSwirl smiled and was in awe of the nature around them. They looked around and spotted the beautiful brown queen, BrightNight. They noticed BrightNight begun to look their way and their eyes quickly snapped back to the trees. They smiled, trees would never compare to BrightNight. They later felt the lightest step on their tail. Oh! It was BrightNight! "No need to worry! I know kits are a handful, got one of my own!" CinnamonSwirl purred. They did have a kit, WildKit, who they had adopted from a family member who needed it. "BrightNight, is it? I must say your kits are adorable!" They purred "They must take after their mother!" They hadn't realized that they flirted, that was kinda their thing. They unknowingly flirted.

Brightnight gave a silent sigh of relief once she was forgiven. "They are quite handfuls" she purred. Once she heard the beautiful queen mention her kits being cute and taking after her she couldn't hide the pride and shyness from her tone, "Thank you, you quite beautiful yourself. Perhaps our kits will befriend each other one day." she smiled, licking her paws and shyly wiping it over her soft brown ears, "Your kit is......W..wildkit right?" she meowed, her eyes questioning as Brightnight hoped she got the name correct and didn't make a fool of herself. Brightnight saw a bird land in a tree and licked her lips

Brightnight smiled and purred, standing to pad closer. Settling herself into a neat sit in front of Cinnamonswirl she mewed. "Ok, so I'll tell you to guess something and give you three hints, then you tell me three hints and we try and guess each others answer." she mewed, "So 1st easy question, what my favorite plant? Hint 1, it has white, yellow and green. Hint 2, it grows in grassy and sunny areas, Hint 3 its a flower to be specifc." Brightnight mewed, hoping her game didn't sound all that childish, Brightnight was better as remembering small details and piecing them togther rather than learning big facts all at once.
