Make sure to congratulate Versailles on their promotion from c-mod in training to fully fledged chat moderator! They've worked very hard, and we can't wait to see where they go from here!
Days trickled by, and slowly Wolfpaw was feeling a bit better. He was visibly shaky, weakened by a combination of the poison that had coursed through him, and the lack of activity from almost two moons of bedrest.
But he was determined. Outside of the meeting and Bumba's den, he hadn't been out much and he wanted.. to be more than some gaunt scrap wasting away.
He only managed to get a few fox-lengths away from Bumba's den before he had to pause, hunched down while he tried to recompose himself. He was.. so tired already.
Sandflower
A sand-colored tabby she-cat with green eyes.
After convincing that sick and stubborn warrior to go to the medicine then, i remembered how hungry i was. When i was choosing a prey in the prey pile, i noticed Sagefern struggling to eat a thick vole alone. So maybe we could share the vole and accompany each other? I approached the warrior, and said, trying to be friendly: -´´Struggling to eat that vole?´´ I laughed. -´´Why don't we share it? And maybe i can keep you awake.´´ If it wasn't for the vole challenging him, he would certainly fall asleep.
"Without loyalty, you won't accomplish anything."

Sagefern blinked happily at the other warriors gester and motioned for them to sit down. "Gladly this thing is huge!" he laughed shoving some it towards Sandflower. And giving them a swift lick on the shoulder as friendship. Before taking one more bit of it. "How the prey running along?" he asked the other warriors eying them.

Fawnpaw
Fawnpaw was trotted around the clearing, trying to pass time once she saw Wolfpaw. Looking at her cobwebs that covered the left side of her face, her back, and shoulders,
she walked over to them. "Are you ok? Need anything?" She asked softly, not wanting to upset the other apprentice.

"M okay." Wolfpaw let out a lil puff of air before he looked up at Fawnpaw. He didn't have a lot of energy to pull himself into a better posture. "Just tryna get.. out of the den." He missed the breeze against his fur, he missed the late-Greenleaf warmth due to his restrictions and now a chill was setting in. "Your face looks real messed up. What happened?"

Fawnpaw nodded once he answered, her tail flicking. She glanced around, hoping to see Shypaw. She tensed slightly at Wolfpaw's question, but smiled. "The battle from a moon or two ago." Fawnpaw explained. "I was fighting
with a Shadowclan warrior. Then an apprentice." She mewed, kneading on the ground.

Oh, right. Wolfpaw's memory of the creek battle was shaky at best. He knew of the loss from the meeting regarding their defeat, but beyond that he was pretty out of the loop. "I wish I coulda gone." Wishfully, because under the circumstances he would've been deadweight. Perhaps in another life... "How was it?"

Not seeing her friend, Fawnpaw looked back to Wolfpaw. "It was...Scary. I thought I was going to die." She answered, staring at the ground. "Seeing a battle was one of the reasons I joined Thunderclan...But now, I don't remember why I liked it so much.." Fawnpaw explained, her tail flicking. "Never wish for battle." The apprentice said.

"I've thought I was gonna die for the last couple moons." Wolfpaw glanced at the ground, sullen. He's still very drained. "I don't want to die, but if Bumba wants me to fight I'll fight for her, every time. It's the least I can do."

She tilted her head at the word 'Bumba', but instantky realized it was Bumblestar. "Of course. Want me to get you something? I won't tell anyone, just to help you in these trying times." Fawnpaw said jokingly. "I won't mind at all. It helps me heal." She said, standing up.
(It took so much willpower to not say, "Could I offer you an egg in this trying time?")

Wolfpaw hadn't a clue what she was going on about. It seemed she was trying to leave the battle talk, which was a little disappointing. "M... good, still. Ain't hungry." What else could she possibly offer, after all? "Haven't been out in forever, I just wanna walk."
