To Save is To Serve (p) (WEAPONS REFERENCE)
Shadow-1's F-16 thundered away from the runway. He pulled the throttle back to half and leveled out at 30,000 feet. Then he keyed the radio. "Bubble, report in."
@ peppermintbubble. (use a fighter for the basic combat part)

We are both going to fly in opposite directions, then when I say go, we turn around and fly towards each other. No firing until we 'merge' which is when we pass each other. Okay?"
