Deerspark ran in a few moments later, his mouth agape as he saw Tadpolesprint waiting for him.

"Hm, I thought I was going to hunt," he mewed, breaking into a trot as he made his way towards the she-cat and curling up beside her.

A low purr rumbled in his throat as he took a few mouthfuls of the fish, pulling out the bones and scales as he chewed. He licked his muzzle, savoring the warm taste of fish.

"Can you believe the clan's eat anything else?" He said in-between mouthfuls and short purrs. "Fish is great!"

Then again, he understood that different cats just preferred different things. He didn't mind that. The other clan's could have all the birds and rabbits they wanted, that just meant more fish for his clan.

TadpoleSprint looks at him closely, He's bearly a tail-length away! she thought to herself cheerfully. ' ' Not anymore! you took too long I could've starved! ' ' she says playfully. ' ' And yeah, I can see how they eat other things, fish isn't my favorite! ' '


TadpoleSprint then bends down and starts eating fast, avoiding the sharp bones and slippery scales. She shakes her head at the first bite. ' ' Blech ' ' she says sticking out her tongue at the fishy taste. she then speaks again after she swallows. ' ' Rabbit is just better! ' ' she says happily

For a moment, Blizzardkit is lost in trying to get Scynamore's stance corrected. Taking in mind the older cat's posture and the way they groomed themselves. Looking more stressed by the second. She didn't even notice Scynamore sit down and laugh at her attempts at copying others.

For what seemed like forever, she turned around and noticed Scynamore wasn't grooming herself anymore. Quickly, Blizzardkit stopped and fell into a loaf position herself. "I'm not a copy cat, I am Scynamoresprout!" She said, her kit accent still present but with a decent impression of Scynamore's voice.

SyacmoreSprout sighs. ' ' Okay, Now that's just creepy! ' ' she says with a giggle as she looks around the clearing and then back to herself, her belly had the slightest bump now, but she wasn't sure how to tell anycat, I mean a loner was the father for StarClan's sake!

Blizzardkit giggled, it was nice seeing someone react to her amazing Copy-cat skills. She couldn't tell if she was stressed about her or something else. Blizzardkit looked towards Scynamore. "Did I scare you?" She laughed. I wanna scare her some more! Who was Scynamore related to? Maybe if she found out she can learn their voice and scare Scynamore some more!

Deerspark blinked at her curiously. A Riverclan cat that likes rabbit? Deerspark thought he had Tadpolesprint all figured out... Apparently not.

"Wait," he said, his eyes twinkling. "You're telling me, your best friend that you like rabbit, only now? I'm greatly offended by your disloyalty." He teased, nudging her softly with his cheek.

"Now you have to let me try rabbit, see what all the fuss is about, hm?"

SycamoreSprout smiles and watches BlizzardKit closely before responding. ' ' a little bit, just a little bit. ' ' She lets her voice trail off as she continues to look at her kit-bearing belly. The actions of what she had done were finally starting to register in her brain. Her face goes from being distracted to pure horror.

' ' Rabbits a little hard to catch but It's delightful however, you have to cross a few borders to get some. ' ' she says in a hushed tone.

A little bit? Just a little bit? No, that wasn't good enough. Blizzardkit needed to figure out who this friend was, maybe she could meet them. Copy their voice and one-day Scare Scynamore! Her plan seemed full proof, she just needed some convincing!

"Can I see your friend? Pleeeease! I won't tell anyone!" She says as if she expected it to be someone super secret. Though, it probably wasn't.

He should've guessed that you'd have to cut a few corners to get prey from other areas, it was quite obvious. Yet, his fur still stood up at the ends as Tadpolesprint stared and whispered. He nuzzled deep into her fur, trying to salvage some of her body heat.

"Well," he started. "If you don't want the last pieces of fish, I'll gladly take it."
