The pretty tortoiseshell had been talking with Dovedance, their voices low and hushed, when she noticed that Shrewstep had appeared in the clearing.

Saying her goodbyes to Dovedance, Alderblossom bounded gracefully over to Shrewstep.

''Hi!'' The ShadowClan molly purred, amber eyes bright and tail waving happily in the air.

Now with a little bit more dexterity and balance, Mirekit was able to make it out of the nursery and into the clearing. Blinking bright blue eyes up at the sky overhead, the little she-kit wobbled a bit on all four paws until she looked down and started walking forward. Her steps were a bit uneven and everything was so much bigger. Noises were extra loud too so the little kitten scurried over towards the edge of camp. There were some rocks over here and not many cats...

What was that?? It was white and moved a little on its own. In the middle of it was a small black... thing with little legs sticking out. "Meep?" came a little squeak from Mirekit as she peered into the small crevice between two rocks. Gingerly she reached a paw in, much to the little creatures dismay as it quickly dashed out of right, only to find herself jumping a bit as she noticed how sticky the stuff was. Pulling her paw out brought a whole wad of the sticky stuff, and in shock Mirekit fell onto her back. A sharp wail rose from her as she tried to scramble to her paws, the sticky translucent substance now wrapping all around her.

It was all over her now!!! Ears back Mire turned and darted blindly across the camp clearing, unseeing of where she was going until she ran smack-first into something hard. Pain blossomed in her head and the little kitten fell down, a sharp sob leaving her body as tears spilled out. Where was Lostmama? Darkdada?? She wanted Howlingsis!!!

"MEWWWWWW!"

☆ SHE/HER ☆

Howlingkit liked the sound of the wind. It gave the shekit a strong sense of calm. It’s not like she could get the same while sleeping. Not while ghosts haunted her. A shiver moved down her spine as she basked in the sun. A normally quiet voice of Mirekit stabs her ears with a scream from across the clearing. The older sibling jumps to her paws. Sissy. Sissy where are you. What are you doing. What hurt you! She silently yells at herself. Blue and yellow eyes wide as she sprints towards the sound of her sister. Ears perked to pick up at anymore sounds of her sister. Howlingkit can feel her heart pounding as she swiftly weaves through the crowds of cats and reaches Mirekit.

She takes a few heartbeats to caught her breath and crouches down to speak directly towards the yelping shekit. Howlingkit tries her best to sound calming, putting on a gentle smile and tone to her voice as she speaks quietly. She was only cat Howlingkit would do this for. “Sunny.” The sunshine in Howling’s life. “Calm down, please… Let big sissy see your face, where is your hurty…?” She is quiet afterwards. Howlingkit aims to gently lick her sister’s forehead, in hopes to calm her down enough to even start getting her free from whatever covered her pelt.

The grey shekit also tries to place a paw roughly on Mirekit’s face, aiming to wipe off some of the webbing she spotted covering it. This was how you handled this right…? Howlingkit wasn’t sure about any of it but it was better than her and Mire’s uncaring mother coming over and forcing Howlingkit to even speak to her.

Moonkit

One small step for Moonkit. One giant leap for Arkkit kind. The menace had taken his first steps. Wobbly, uneven and slow - but it seemed wiggling was out and walking was in. Moonkit was nothing if not up with the trends. Babies were known for being trendsetters right?? Moonkit realized he did not know what any of these words meant, so he focused on putting one paw in front of the other. His fat belly would not touch the ground today!

Where his paws would take him was a mystery even to the rosetted kit. Perhaps he could walk into Grandma's den and give her a big cuddle? Or find his Mama (she liked to play hide and seek with her children it seemed). Maybe he could just walk in circles... that sounded like fun! As he toddled into the clearing, his plans were decided instantly.

His long tail began wagging like a puppy as he waddled over to his sisters. "Thithterth!!!!" He mewed loudly, struggling to pronounce the S's. Eh, they would understand. A rumbling purr began shaking his body like an earthquake; knocking him off balance and sending him face first into the ground at Mirekit and Howlingkit's paws.
"MWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AA!" He screeched. Why did they let me fall???????? What the heck??????????? HELP ME UP!!! The kitten thought, thrashing around like a fish out of water.

Meadowkit thinks for a moment, coming to a conclusion after a little bit with an excited jump.

"Fighting! Gotta beat the oldies!" She explains, a mischievous glint in her eye, "Don't worry, I'll spare you!"

Ravenclaw nodded, picking a sunny patch beside the medicine den despite the gloomy sky. Hopefully the chill wouldn't be as bad there. Trotting over with her new aquaintance, she lie down, and began tearing at her food. Inbetween a bite, she mewed.

"How's the frog?"

She paused to take another bite, and continued. "Have you thought of any names for kits yet either? I've been pondering a few, but it depends.."
