Flowernose was Antpaw's mother. She loves him dearly, but she acts more like his sibling than mother. Flowernose prefers to be playful than be neat.

Flowernose frowned at the freshkill pile, then looked at Antpaw. I saw your apprentice ceremony! You got Sunflowerswirl! She meowed and batted away a butterfly.

Antpaw nods. Somehow, it was a lot more difficult to be grumpy around his mother compared to his father. He felt bad.

"I'm fine." He meows, swallowing up his sigh, and sits down next to her. He searches in the fresh kill pile for a distraction- was there anything good to eat today? There was a vole that didn't look too bad. "Do you know anything about her?"

Flowernose frowned. I see her most of the time in the warrior den. She's almost always in there grooming or napping. Sometimes we exchange greetings but I dont really know her that well. Flowernose meowed, then narrowed her eyes at Antpaw. Why?

(also, should we mention Dolomedes? she's. Antpaw's mentor, right?)

Oh, great. So according to Flowernose too, she was as fluffy as her appearance suggested. "I'm her apprentice, remember?" Antpaw points out. "And I don't know anything about her. Do you know if she's a good fighter?"


(Agree, we should, feels wrong to talk about another player's cat without em knowing. But also I'm not sure if Dolomedes will pick up.)

Risingstorm was sitting in the clearing when he heard two cats talking about his friend sunflowerswirl he puked his ears and faced them listing into them saying some rude stuff he didn't like this if they said one more bad thing he would get up and say something

Flowernose looked around the clearing to try to find Hawkthorn. She made eye contact with him and narrowed her eyes

Hawkthorn saw Flowernose glaring at him from where she sat with Antpaw. He backed into the warrior den slowly and muttered, I am in deep trouble now.

"Bad things? He only said the truth." Antpaw flicks his tail defensively, "She's a new warrior, and she doesn't look like she's good at fighting. I'm just worried if she'll be weak, and have nothing to teach me."

He leaves out the part of Hawkthorn talking about nobody liking Sunflowerswirl, and her hogging all the best fresh kill; although Antpaw wasn't surprised, and even agreed with him, Flowernose didn't need to know.

"Perhaps instead of gossiping about others like an elder, you do something more productive for the Clan?" Though at face value, Wolfhive's words might seem like a suggestion, the Head Hornet's hardened expression said otherwise. He wasn't fond of Flowernose disparaging Sunflowerswirl when she clearly hardly knew her. "Get going, Flowernose. Antpaw, come with me - you haven't been out of camp yet right?"

Flowernose paused and looked up at Wolfhive. Yes, Wolfhive. She meowed quietly and padded toward the warrior den. Flowernose walked faster when she saw Hawkthorn hiding from her.
