Visitors came and went from the nursery; partners of expecting queens, siblings of the younger kits – but few ever came to see her. It always surprised her when a voice rang out and called her name, mostly when it was not the voice of a queen or kit needing her assistance, or Hawkbite. This day, much to her joy, it was Honeybite who came to visit not a kit or pregnant queen, but her. Honeybite had been lovely, being a StarClan-sent help in keeping everyone together and safe during the move, and as such as the diligent warrior was met with a warm smile and welcoming eyes as she approached, features growing more relaxed after the brief surprise.
“Of course… what.. do you.. need?”
Her eyes lowered to the bird, eyes squinting – a happy feeling.
“Ah, thank… you. I… appreciate… it.”
She said gratefully.

Since Mossfreckle was comfortable with Fishkit leaving the medicine cat den now, it was time. It was time for a surprise visit for the official meeting of the kit he was stuck with and the feline he called a close companion. Hawkbite was carrying Fishkit in his jaws, walking smoothly into the nursery so the kitten didn't swing around too much. As his eyes adjusted to the dim lighting of the milk-scented, warm den, he searched for the light pelt of Nightshiver. He actually hadn't seen the queen in a while and was due for a visit anyway.

Hawkbite took a few steps towards her nest and gently set Fishkit down at the edge of it. "Nightshiver, long time no see," the tom spoke gently, sitting down and wrapping his tail over his paws. Part of it landed on Fishkit, a perfect target for tiny teeth to chomp into. "I found this kitten in the territory earlier this moon. He'd been confined with a queen in Mossfreckle's den, but he's been released and will need a proper caregiver," Hawkbite paused, feeling a little awkward now. "Sooo, I thought of you. I was curious if you could help me with him," did he say it right? Was this the proper way to ask for help? The proper way to ask to coparent? Coparenting, right... such an odd concept indeed. Hawkbite never thought he'd be the type.

fishkit was in her fathers jaws squirming I'm protest she wanted to walk but she was being held by her dad soon they went into a new place she looked around it was warm and smelled good what was this place she never saw it before ooo who was that she turned her head towards the white she cat reaching her paws out at her "hi!" she squealed with a big smile fishkit didn't talk much due to her age only able to say a few words here and there but still was a chatter box none the less once she was sat down she started to walk over to the white she-cat but was stopped by her fathers tail she grumbled wanting to bite his tail so she can look at the white she cat better but she just grumbled loudly

His ears pinned back as he pouted in his small, lonely nest. Did he have to stay in here? It just put him in a worse mood seeing all these complete families. No missing mother or sibling…why was his feel so complicated already?

Lighntingkit curls up on his nest softly snoring. This kit tended to sleep a lot. Considering he's a tad less social than most kits his age he never really left the nursery. He likes the warmth it gives. He knows he's safe in here. It's one of his favorite places to be. Though he had to admit it was a little lonely sometimes. the one kit he tried to befriend left the nursery in a short amount of time since then he has not left. He sometimes wishes he liked talking more.

Shadekit groomed herself in her nest. Another uneventful day, she thought. She was quickly getting bored of the nursery, itching to get out into the forest and explore. But she'd have to be patient, to wait for her apprentice ceremony. Soon. Soon, she'll be important. She cant help feeling like a burden, not being able to hunt. But soon she'll have her apprentice ceremony, and soon she can learn to hunt, and fight. She paused her wash, digging her claws in the moss at the thought of hunting and fighting. She lashed her tail in impatience, then continued the soothing motion of tongue against fur.

Embercloud

Another day's work completed! Embercloud padded contently to the nursery. After a day's work of warrior duties, nothing would make her happier than to check on the queens and kits. She poked her head into the nursery before stepping in, not wanting to startle anycat. "Hello!" She purred gently. "How is everycat doing in here?"
