Thrush goes into a one-sided friendship with Ashkit. Ash acts as his friend until he successfully manipulates him into the cult. (This can be like small acts of friendship, and then followed by talking about how "awesome" or "cool" the cult is. Just practically praising this cult as if it's the most important thing to Ash. Thrush isn't very good at noticing red flags, and he doesn't like making others upset, others meaning his friends. He'd probably want to support his "friend" and would join off of that belief.) Eventually, in some way shape or form (just something that makes him realize things. I might put up a finder for some cats who will help him get out of the cult and show him what's really happening. Essentially instead of having all of the EEVILLL details told to him, he has to figure it out.) he'd leave Ashkit, either in a dramatic way or in a very silent way.

so i was thinking that maybe ashkit n snowkit could actually become real friends and get close, so that when she leaves it can be a bit dramatic/betrayal and they hold a grudge against them, especially since she’ll probably try to intervene with new cats joining. ofc u don’t have to go along with this tho
