Ashfoot closed her eyes and screamed as she felt Quickpaw's sharp teeth at her throat. She went limp and collasped to the ground, eyes still closed.

Quickpaw took a moment to lick the blood that was pumping from Ashfoot's wound. Then, he took off towards the lake, washing off blood. He grinned, happy for his first kill. Sleep well, Ashfoot. He purred, nudging her limp body. Many will miss you. He dragged her body to the border, leaving it there. In silence, Quickpaw gave one last nod to the body. He turned around, and ran back to the WindClan camp.

[Intervening with HR permission] "Quickpaw!" A loud hiss escapes the fury's maw as he arrives, slightly disturbed. He had heard the conversation, if one could call it that, before he had located the pair. Having caught Ashfoot's scent on the winds, he had naturally headed towards it to check if she was in the area, eager to bring her to Twilightstar or Crowtooth or chase her off. He had gotten concerned when he noticed Quickpaw's fresh scent and picked up his pace when blood muddied the air.
Alarm bells went off after he heard Ashfoot's cries questions and Quickpaw's disturbing response, pity it seemed he had been a tad too slow. The apprentice was gone, but finding the body had been a breeze. It was fresh and he could see the marks at the throat where a killing blow had been struck.
Annoyed, Leechscar moves to grab the corpse and decides to take it to the outskirts. He was sure he'd hear about it later, but walking to the meadow for a cat who hadn't even wanted to be in WindClan was not happening. Once the body was dumped, it was time to head home. If he was quick enough he should be able to get this wrapped up nice and neat. After a second though, he decided to take the body with him and backtracked. The proof was nice to have and he could toss the body back into the outskirts later.

Quickpaw let out a cry, picking up his pace and kept running to camp. Oh StarClan! Twilightstar 'll kill me! He thought, his little legs running faster then he thought he could go, and his heartbeat quick.
