Ivyfire ---> ShadowClan Warrior
---> a fluffy calico she-cat w/ a sliced ear & dark orange eyes
---> 21 Moons ; She / Her
---------
Ivyfire emerged from the warriors' den with a yawn, using a black-tipped forepaw to rub at her pretty, dark orange eyes. The calico strode over to the prey pile and plucked a blackbird---her favorite---off the top, settling down in the nearest patch of sunlight to eat it.

➢ Hollowpaw never considered herself a cat with bad hearing but also not one with good either, but man, when she heard a single yawn anywhere, their head twists to the direction of it. Though is seemed odd, to her it could be the possibility without tormented like herself, a silly idea, they know. Ivyfire. A calico that Hollowpaw knew little about, it couldn't hurt to get to know her, right? The Apprentice keeps a close eye on her from the shadows, Orange eyes. Similar to Hollow's own left one. She clearly enjoyed the sunlight in capacity. Hollowpaw simply sits there for a few more heartbeats watching. Once they concluded that Ivyfire was zero threat...or at least right now, they made her way over.
"Tired?" Husky voice closing the already short distance as Hollow sits down near the Warrior. A simple conversation starter as blue and amber eyes scan the calico up and down briefly. The entire question was hypocritical if Hollow was to be honest, hell, it was extremely obvious via the eye bags under their own eyes. But that was another worry for a different day, she had avoided the Med den since their scars and she had zero want to return.

The tabby was sitting. By himself. He found himself constantly thinking that he would have them walk up to him if he sat long enough, but it had been moons since he'd had a proper cuddle with his mate... ex-mate. It was hard to think of them like that but... he had to. No. He had to distract himself. He shook his head as if to physically clear it and looked around. What could he... right. He could do what he did best. He licked his chops and tried to determine his target before standing with her in his sights. She was pretty enough, and he kind of knew about her. She was one of the more light-hearted cats, he was pretty sure. He cleared his throat as he got close, trying on his best smile.

Nightpaw flinched, a shiver running down his spine as he could swear he heard someone calling out his name slowly, as if they were trying to scare him…and it worked. "W-who's there…?" He called out, trying to hide his fear, but any cat could tell he was terrified. Nightpaw closed his eyes, silently praying to StarClan that he had just imagined it. He wanted nothing more than to be somewhere else right now, somewhere that wasn’t here.
"Ah!" Nightpaw let out a startled yelp and stumbled back as another apprentice suddenly appeared next to him. He felt the urge to run, but looked at Hollowpaw for a second and then took a breath. No, he couldn’t let another apprentice know about this! He especially couldn’t turn and run from his fears, that way every cat would know. Her question felt like a taunt, but Nightpaw couldn’t let them know that he was scared! "Uh…f-fine…" He answered, hoping she wouldn’t realise.

oh, boy, peachpaw is just filled with energy today. the tom was sprinting around the clearing with the energy of a kit - at some point, he accidentally rolls into the warrior's den after a failed pounce. he's not gonna lie, it stunned him for a solid second. wood, actually, is pretty hard and packs a punch. who'da known? he gathers himself pretty quickly, however, and is zooming around the clearing again in no time. he's having the time of his life until he barrels right into something - or rather, someone - and he ends up sprawled on the camp floor.
sitting up and shaking his pelt, the tabby's eyes land on whoever they ran into. ouhh, jeez, it was just a lil' guy! gravel..groove..g-somethin'! one of dawnie's kits. jumping to his paws, peachpaw is swift to aiming a gentle, reassuring pat at grottopaw's shoulder. "I'm sorry, bro! you alright?" they dont think the collision was that bad, but better to be safe than sorry.

➢ A half-laugh leaves the Apprentice's lips, recoiling into herself as they cut it off suddenly. She took a moment to stop and think, grin on her face fading s they stared at Nightpaw. He was terrified. Hollowpaw feels an apology bubble in her throat that goes unspoken for a second or two. Head turning back to the other Apprentice. They wouldn't comment on the way he looked or the fear that leaked from his pelt. "Sorry...." Her voice is quiet, not much above a whisper. Even if she couldn't show an apologetic tone, it was genuine, at least to her.
The shecat taps her front paws on the ground, mind trying to locate something to say afterwards...and he was back! Great, at least they could use that to launch off of topic-wise. "What are you even doing out here? Sleepysunrise dragging you around while she's busy?" A few starter questions that held the faintest of curiosity in them. Blue and amber eyes wandering to the outline of pine trees from the black and brown tom as she turned her head away. She enjoyed the sight, loved it. And damn, did it reflect in the smile that barely made itself visible on her maw.

blackpine, he/him, 41 moons
shadowclan warrior
a large black tom with one emerald green eye.
Everything seemed too peaceful today, in Blackpine's opinion. There was nothing to do in the Shadowclan camp, nothing to work on, no cats to talk to. Everyone around him seemed equally unoccupied and uninteresting.
Back in his youth, during times like these, Blackpine would just go and cause some trouble to amuse himself. Talk to a cat who obviously was in a bad mood, scare an especially twitchy clanmate, something like that. Unfortunately, he had matured. Now Blackpine was a mate, an experienced warrior, and most of all a father. He had become a good role model. And really, it was boring.
(Still, he wouldn't trade his current life for the world.)
So while some might be annoyed at a young, excited apprentice bluntly asking them for training, Blackpine wasn't at all. Finally, something to do- and a cat who seemed to have some life in them. Blackpine gave the brown tabby a friendly grin, green eye sparkling.
"Scorpionpaw, right?" One of Dawnstar's kits? Not like it mattered to Blackpine. To him, a kid was a kid, no matter how fancy or scummy their parents were. He treated them all the same.
Blackpine gave an exaggerated, thoughtful hum, like he was really thinking on whether to agree. He closed his eye for a moment. "Well, as you can see, I am very busy... but eh, sure. Why not!" If Scorpionpaw was fine with anything, then that just meant it was more fun for Blackpine. Now, what to teach her?
"How about some sparring? I'll show you some fighting moves, you can try to take me down. How does that sound?"
Scorpionpaw was almost certain she was about to be shot down and denied training. She was willing to fight for it, though! Just as the disheartened look was appearing on her face, it was gone in a flash when he agreed. YES. And it was going to be a battle training lesson?! Even better! The apprentice needed to kill off some energy. She needed to get involved and do something! This was perfect!
"OH YES PLEASEEE, SIR!" Scorp would almost scream with delight. She'd bounce on her paws a couple times, stopping when she nearly wiped out. She merely chuckled and stared at Blackpine eagerly. "When are we going? Where are we going? Am I going to get to learn some cool fighting techniques!?" Scorp was known to be a talker, and this stranger wasn't safe from it either. He'd have to tell her to shut up occasionally if he wanted to get a word in, but he'd learn that soon enough.
Each paw step was carefully placed and thought out before movement. Each time she stepped into the snow, she'd balanced her weight to reduce the crunch noise. Her pupils were dilated to dinner plates as they homed in on her target. Each twitch would make her pause. Each time it stopped moving, she'd creep closer. She was silent. She was a master.
She was loud as could be.
Her stealth skills were not there, but in her mind, she was perfect. Scorpionpaw had been creeping up on her unfortunate prey: Bleedingpaw. He had put himself into a tantalizing position and his ears were just begging for her teeth to sink into them.
Closer...
Closer...
Almost...
"BOOO!"
The tabby screeched as her already muscled back legs shot her through the air and onto the (assumed) unsuspecting older apprentice. If timed correctly and he didn't react, she'd land on his back and her teeth would attempt to sink into his ear. It wasn't a hard back, but it'd be a drooly one that would soak his ear with a couple nom nom noms of triumph.
Hemlockleaf sighed as he sat guard. He hated to admit it, and he never would outloud, but he really missed seeing Blueberrybird around. His good ear swiveled around every now and then as he listened to his clanmates. It seemed that, no matter what happened, he was almost destined to be alone...
