(this is a fanfic and I will make this a series, I will put a warning here and now, this will have dark themes but nothing going past the WCO rules, just a heads up. there also will be very detailed battles and such. and to make sure there will be an extra warning on that post of that chapter.)

Prideclan
The prideful and Naive

territory description
camp
the clan resides in an abandoned twolegplace, twolegs are no where to be seen so the clan lives here, the camp can be found in a large broken down twoleg nest, the lower area has the clearing, warriors den and apprentice den, the upper area holds the second long narrow clearing, and the nursery, leaders den, medicine cat den and elders den.
territory
the territory is an overgrown twolegplace, the smell of twolegs are long done and animals have made their home here. many twolegnest are abandoned and make great places for training or back up camps.
landmarks

Mossy thunderpath- a thunderpath that has many dead monsters along it, these are used as herb gardens for the medicine cat
prey den- an old twoleg nest where its covered in vines and grass. there is a lot of prey found here.
willows field- a field farther out, it's where apprentices are trained.
crystal cave- a cave that's near a steep mountain, there's a large gap between the clans and the meeting place for gatherings.

Prideclans weather
newleaf tends to be warm, Greenleaf tends to be Hot or too hot, leafFall tends to be rainy and cold, leafbare tends to be freezing and snows a lot.
meeting places
prideclan and the other clan meets starclan at the starcave.
gatherings take place at the crystaltree, it has 5 large crystals and an opening in the roof that allows moonlight in, its a beautiful sight.
Prideclan prey and predators.
prey finds are mice, rats, rabbits, lizards, crows. unlucky finds but are prey are snakes. predators are foxes, dogs and eagles.

History of Prideclan

foundation
the clan was founded by morningstar and Lilyheart, the two were outcasted by lightclan and were forced to flee after being chased away. the clan is made up of rouges, loners and former clan-born cats.

the first leader was morningstar (current)

the first medcine cat was raggedheart (current)

the clan is a few moons old

other information
prideclan's relationship with lightclan is not good, the two clans are at war.
prideclan is welcoming to rouges, loners and kittypets.
prideclan's meeting call is "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather around the pridebranch"
prideclan cats are agile, large and small and have great fighting skills
prideclan cats battle style has to do with speed, they tend to run away and return before the enemy can celebrate, this happens a lot and prideclan is good at quick and silent attacks.
prideclan is one of the biggest clans in the territory, rouges tend to have their own groups and prideclan shares territory with these groups as long as those groups don't hurt nor try to take over their territory. the kits are trained by their mothers until they reach 6 moons old where they will train to fight and hunt.
medicine cat apprentices are chosen by the medicine cat when they are 3 moons old.
they follow starclan yet they still make their own decisions.
the warrior code is followed halfly, ultimately, whatever the leader says is law.

Leader: Morningstar - a white and cream Tom with gold and blue eyes.

Deputy: MorningHeart - a white and cream she-cat with gold and amber eyes.

RaggedHeart - a black and white fluffy Tom with feather like fur. his eyes are a deep amber.

snaketail - a black and cream Tom with paralyzed hind legs and golden eyes.

warriors:
mothfur - a beautiful grey and white she-cat with a scarred missing eye. (apprentice is angel)

bugflicker - a brown and reddish orange small she-cat, missing an eye from birth.

bloodsong- a deep orange Tom with amber eyes.

cherryfall- a white she-cat with cream spots. missing an eye.

Victor - a dark blue Tom with big amber eyes, his tail is broken at the end and he has a scar on his eye. (leader of the V group)

velvet - a brown, cream and black she-cat with long beautiful fur (member of the V group)

moth - a slim blueish grey Tom with white mane like fur around his neck. (member of the V group)

rosepelt - a grey and white she-cat with long feathery fur. (leader of tribe of the wilds, they do not follow the warrior code and only follow rosepelt's orders)

the quick echo that strikes - a grey she-cat with sharp claws. (leader of the tribe of sharpclaws)

the mantis who stalks - a black and grey Tom with green eyes. (mate to the quick echo that strikes)

prologue

the starry grounds of starclan twinkle in the sunlight, seven cats surround a pool of water reflecting stars, all of the cats look alike, the same cream and white colored fur except a black cat among them who speaks "they are killing each other like mice in a field" the black Tom hisses, his blue eyes reflecting anger and fear. "calm down brother, we will fix this...we...we must send them a message "say's a cream colored she-cat, her blue eyes showing determination yet a spark of fear. "how can you be so sure, Bravelight?" the black Tom hisses, a larger cream Tom stands "sit down nightclaw! you know how starfur will react to you doing this!" the Tom growled as nightclaw sits down with a scoff. "and what do you think we should do oh mighty dawnwing?" nightclaw grumbles to the Tom and dawnwing answers with a harsh tone "I have this under control, we will send them a message, like Bravelight offered" "who is to send it?" another Tom speaks. "we will figure it out lionheart" dawnwing explains softly "morningstar wont listen to us...you know how he is" a darker cream colored Tom argues "yes, cragpelt has a point" mumbles a smaller she-cat "yes...tinystrike is right, cragpelt has a point" another Tom meows "quiet! stop agreeing to everything sunbreeze!" dawnwing hisses. everyone shuts up and the larger Tom nods. "we wont send morningstar the message, we'll send it to some cat else...one from each clan." dawnwing explains calmly. "but who?" asked tinystrike "you'll find out...we...we need to talk about it."

Chapter 1



The light from the sun began to pour into the holed up roof of the leaders den, morningstar opened his eyes in slight annoyance, he didn't feel like getting up for the day but he had too, he had duties to attend to. the cream Tom stood up and stretched, padding outside of the den and looking around, he yawned, eyes closing as he caught scent of his daughter, he began to walk to it, the narrow space allowed his to pad straight and down to the oddly shaped hill in the broken down twolegden, he made it to the clearing to see his daughter talking with mothfur, he didn't like that they were mates but there wasn't anything he could do about it. he padded over to them and meowed "Morningheart, my little kit, what's happening?" he stopped beside his daughter and began to give her shoulder a few licks out of a greeting "oh hi dad, we were discussing what to do about getting more warriors. lightclan's scent is all over the territory and its begining to get closer, I think their marking up the border and beyond it" morningheart sounded a bit frustrated as she spoke about it, morningstar didn't like that they were getting closer, ever since that last battle. "oh...is anyone out remarking our borders?" he asked "yes, I sent angel, bloodsong and cherryfall." she explained "oh and bugflicker is out hunting alone." she added and morningstar nodded. "very well, the gathering is tonight so they shouldnt be trying to take out territory" he growled as he gave his chest a few licks, his ears flattened when he heard pawsteps entering the clearing and he looked up, it was just angel. "those rouges are attackin again!" the white Tom huffed, "bloodsong sent me back to get mothy over there...I cant do nothin..." he grumbled as he padded over to the medicine cat den. mothfur sighed and began to turn but morningstar beat her too it. "i'll deal with it" the cream Tom mewed as he began to trot out, he ran along the mossy twoleg paths, following angels scent to where the battle was probably happening. his ears perked when he caught the scent of lightclan and rouges...were they working together?"

Morningstar turned a corner and saw that the only two warriors of his clan were up against 4 cats 3 which were rouges and 1 was a lightclan warrior. he sprang up and knocked the lightclan warrior down who managed to wiggle away and turn on him, he slashed at the she-cat and she dodged, hissing and biting at his throat, he stumbled back and felt teeth sinking into his neck, his eyes widened in confusion and horror, how did she move so quick, it was over in a moment, his vision going black before he saw light. "morningstar" spoke a tall she-cat, he remembers her as birdsong, the she-cat was a white and brown she with a starry pelt "I..." he opened his mouth to speak but she shushed him with her tail "yes you lost a life, only having 5 to remain, but I must warn you. the fate of the 2 clans are in danger. if you keep fighting...there wont be anything left." she held a seriousness in her tone before his eyes opened to seeing cherryfall "oh I thought that was yer last" she chuckled as she backed away."the nasty things ran away when skinny over here tore one of their ears off" she mewed, morningstar looked over at bloodsong who was grooming his fur.

"very well...I'm going to mark the borders, you two go back" he grumbles as he stands "ya sure? you can barely walk." cherryfall meows with slight confusion and worry. "I'll be fine...go." he meowed darkly as he began to travel along where their borders should have been, he began marking them up, walking along the fine line that seperated them from the others, he sighs as he realizes its too much and he begins to head back to camp.

upon entering the clearing and stopping near the prey pile which had a few mice, he grabbed one and stopped by the medicine cat den "how is everyone?" he meowed between the mouse and snaketail looked up. "oh I believe they are okay...a bit..uhm- beat up but not dying" he mewed gently. morningstar nodded and began to walk away, he made it to his den and fell down onto his side and sighed. "dad?" morningheart's voice made the leader look up and smile "yes kitten?" he mewed and the she-cat came in and sat beside him, she began to lick behind his ears and he began purring, this was better then staying alone. losing a life was difficult but those words spoken to him...that scared him. "thank you" he meowed softly before he closed his eyes to sleep.
