DRAGONFLYKIT I WANT HER

I'm on like, every day, and I would rp her to the max!!

Dragonflykit/paw/spirit

Dragonflykit is really shy, but once you get to know her she is the nicest kit you have ever met! She's always sincere, and she always thinks your fur looks nice. She'll bring you gifts like flowers and makes sure you wear them.

She hardly ever talks, but when she does it's meaningful and sweet. She always thinks hard before she speaks. Sometimes she stutters, being sociable just isn't her thing. She has anxiety and depression, and is always scared that no one will like her.

She's a perfectionist, always redoing her work even if it looks good. She'll beat herself up if she doesn't do something exactly right. If she was clumsy while catching a mouse, she won't go back to camp until she's caught another mouse perfectley.

She's conservative even with her friends, which she doesn't have many of. Sometimes she'll just fade into a corner and cry. She's super sensetive, if anyone says anything that could be interpreted as an insult she'll cry. She;s also very mature, and knows things before her siblings do.

Plot ideas: Maybe she runs away after making a big mistake in front of the clan, but a starclan cat visits her and tells her to come back. also she's lesbian.

MITE : the runt of the litter, appearing weak and fragile.
VIXEN : her sly tongue, keeping her out of trouble since the day she honed in on it.
WATER : her adaptablity, adjusting to any sudden changes to benefit her desires.

Appearance
Personally, I adore her appearance now, and intend to simply age it along with her. While she will always retain the soft, lovable innocence looks-wise that she absolutely drips with now, I'm thinking as she ages and her personality (which you will find below) evolves, the tight, bouncy curls of her mane will grow out to flow loosely with the wind, similar to her father's, though it will always retain a somewhat baby-ish, curled look. (Will probably doodle up an early concept of this if she's accepted ) The only thing I wanna request be "changed", or moreso acknowledged, is that she be the runt of the litter? No real health issues persay, but for sure picked the short end of the stuck and did not come out with as much physical ability as her siblings. This would be for character developement reasons don't worry!! Playing into "I feel weaker so I'll find a different way to be stronger" idea.

Who is Mitekit?
Mitekit may look like the picture of sweetness, but behind her wide eyes and gentle purr lies a mind sharper than most ever suspect. Born into a family that adores her for kind heart and innocent demeanor, she will quickly learn to weaponize the expectations others will place upon her. Sweet but a little bit psycho, a spoiled brat with a diva's flair, Mitekit is destined to live up to the splendor her eventual name change will promise.

As she grows, Mitekit will carefully observe the dynamics of power within Thunderclan, taking heed to how kindness can be a shield, and perceived weakness an unexpected advantage. Vulnerability is a double-edged sword; a flaw when genuine, but a formidable tactic when wielded with precision. Through moons of silent study, Mitekit will hone in on the art of manipulation, perfecting the persona of the "ditzy sweetheart" that others assume her to be.

Behind a mask of naivety, Mitekit (later to be renamed "Vixenwater") will conduct each interaction with quiet calculation, subtly guiding others to act in ways that support and further her own desires. Whether it's securing favors, shifting alliances, or planting seeds of doubt among rivals, she'll hide her cunning in a fog of perceived innocence. After all, who would ever suspect the sweet, fragile Mitekit of pulling the strings?

(Possible) Family Dynamics

SPIDERTHROAT : " Oh dad? I love him, he's a bit cold sometimes but to help lead an entire clan you have to put others first right?... Yeah, let's cut the crap, Spiderthroat is no father, despite how much he claims to want to protect us. However, I've seen the glint in his eye, it's delicious, and I want nothing more than to take it for myself. There's no doubt that tom has done something, and I'm gonna find out what. For future use, of course. "

SPIDERLINGPAW : " Spiderling is somehow younger than me, and I do NOT mean physically. Mits? What kind of witless nickname is that? I do wish she'd realize that her abrasiveness is going to get her killed one day. Nevertheless, that is my sister, I suppose I'm required to like her, aren't I? Oh well, as long as she doesn't get brambles tangled in my fur again.. "

AGATHA KITTY : Mitekit will be rather skilled in recognizing patterns in others, which will help her in the long term to coordinate her tactics against them, and con them into doing her bidding.

SILVER TONGUE [T1] : Mitkit will be rather skilled in the art of lying, of course not without embedding the truth. Twisting her words just a bit will assist her with convincing any cat without a brain, and then some with, of her innocence.

Plots/Plans

Instead of simply hoping into the idea of this already being her personality, I'd like to really start off with her assumed naivety being a focus, perhaps leading into some situation with mutual clanmates around her own age mistaking her for weaker and it accidentally playing into her own goals at the time. Little things at first, like maybe as an older kit she claims to be too tired to get her own meals, simply being lazy knowing that a queen will eventually bring her something, but instead a fellow kit gives her their food to try and "help out the poor soul". This feeding into her "the more I play weak, the more people will do things for me."

The limits she pushes this idea to will only grow as she ages, and I'm thinking she leans into it really heavily as a warrior, starting to toil with people's emotions in order to manipulate them into providing what she needs. Her being aromantic will actually play into this rather than just being a side factor, since she won't have any interest in starting a relationship, and instead can focus all her emotional availability into convincing people she is head over heels for them, only if they'd do this "one last thing" they could be together.

I do intend, if this character really sticks of course, to eventually get her a "mate", though this would still probably be a matter of having kits because they benefit her in some way (Eg. Say she's exiled from Thunderclan, goes and has kits with another clanner so that it's more likely she'll be accepted into their ranks simply for the protection of the kits. Not set in stone ofc, and will obviously be moons in the future if anything.)

On a side note, I'm still on the fence about it, but I'm thinking of finding her a close friend, someone with the agatha kitty or mind reader purrk preferably, that will help with a short "redemption" ark of sorts. Where she learns things can be done to benefit others and not just herself as she'd been doing for moons. Basically, she can't manipulate them, so she learns to tolerate them.

Personal Opinions

Just glancing at some of the other applications submitted so far, I'm excited to assume this is gonna be a fairly diverse bunch of felines. I'm all for truly developing a character from start to finish, and I'm excited to do so with Mitekit.

I've lost interest in my own kits in the past simply because there was nothing to build off of, which probably don't reflect well on my history, but those that I've sat down to develop and grow are still with me to this day, whether that be here on WCO or other places.

For now, I'm fairly active as a returning member, and I am simply itching to write a character with a bit of depth to them. This idea sprouted for this gal a few days ago, and if it doesn't stay with Mitekit, I'll probably just have to make another with the same concept
